Great location. Great service.Posted Apr 11, 2015
Centrally located in downtown Toronto. Very close to Yorkville restaurants and shopping on Bloor. We have stayed here countless number of times. Great for family trips- request adjoining rooms and suites for a little extra space. Insider tip- there's a Second Cup down the hall that opens into Park Hyatt. Head towards the street entrance- there the ROM.

Great location - good amenitiesPosted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: location location location. it's close to everything, including access in and out of the city via Avenue Road. Service is always good.
Cons: Furniture in rooms could be maintained better. Stool at end of bed was really rickety.
Just stayed for the third time at the Park Hyatt and it's always a pleasure to stay. For business or play, the location is exceptional. Great restaurants close-by but it's also steps away from TTC to get anywhere in the city. Valet & Check in are always efficient. Wifi is easy to login and I've also used the business centre which was well appointed. I've eaten both in the restaurant, the bar, as well as room service. Food has always been good. on my most recent visit, I ordered a breakfast with poached eggs. When my breakfast arrived in my room, the eggs were fully cooked. I called down and they were replaced immediately. Efficient and honest. Great!

Great hotel for business traveler to TorontoPosted Mar 13, 2015
Pros: Everything - the warm welcome, cleanliness, size of room and dining experience. Definitely a 5 star experience.
I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel when on a business trip to Toronto in February. Everything was excellent - from check in to check out. The staff were warm and friendly. The room was clean, well appointed and excellent value. The hotel is easy to find and valet parking was a reasonable price for downtown. Well done Park Hyatt.

Location: excellent for all high end shopping.
fast check-in and check-out. Very fast concierge service. Staff professional. Very close to best shopping and downtown. The stay was very comfortable. In bad weather you can get everything done either in or near to the hotel.

Great Hotel near the ROMPosted Mar 2, 2015
Pros: Helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.
Location: Yorkville is right there, as is the ROM and the University of Toronto. Lots of shopping available as are restaurants. I would recommend Ciao.
Even though I was in a room in the south tower (older part) the room was comfortable and pleasant. The restaurant has a great breakfast menu and when the sun is out, it is very pleasant as is the staff. The roof Bar is a comfortable place for a drink and has amazing views. The staff are very freindly and helpful. The Concierge helped get tickets to Second City while dealing with other customers, without much delay. My daughters go to U of Toronto and I find this hotel is a great location when I visit them. I have stayed here before and had a similar experience to my recent one.
