The stay was great. Everyone one was very respectful and polite. On the last day I tried multiple times to ask for a dolly and I was able to get one. I wish they could be a little bit more efficient. The hotel is clean and the rooms were very clean as well.

Property as described. The property is on the older side. However, the bathroom and bedrooms are clean. The living area ensuite is a real plus for those who require extra space.

we arrived to our room and there was no hair dryer and there was 3 vending machines throughout the entire hotel; no where to buy toiletries in building.. very cheap feeling toiletries in room. We were pleasantly surprised to discover a sauna and learn that the pool room is unlocked until midnight but the dry sauna was broken. Saturday evening there was no towels in the pool room, several people had to ask and wait 40 minutes to have 3 thin hair towels be brought.

No security homeless people walking around all the floors and smoking . No professionalism . For elevator have to wait for long time second one wasn’t working . Kind of upsetting . I wasn’t expecting these all things after I saw pictures on website before I book in .

My first night was spent in a room without hot water. The drainage in the sink and bathtub were blocked. They gave me a new room for the rest of my stay.

It said Aiport Hotel and it was a $49. Cab ride from the airport. The food was very bad. Stale breakfast items. Lunch club sandwich wasn't toasted just like stale bread. The remote on the TV volume didn’t work. The staff were very efficient and kind.

I liked the character of the hotel with its elaborate rococo design. Hotel was clean and reasonably priced, I booked for an overlay, however the cost of cabbing it to and from the airport $50 each way, countered any savings, that in insight I could have booked something closer with a free shuttle. Staff had cab waiting for us in early hours as requested.

This hotel is a little dated, although very comfortable. There is a really creepy carriage statue like thing at the back entrance of the property that looks like it is falling apart. Other than that it was a lovely stay and staff was very friendly.
