“GREAT STAY FOR A GREAT PRICE”

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY. THE HOTEL HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED PLUS MORE TO MAKE OUR STAY COMFORTABLE AND ENTERTAINING. WE FELT THAT THE RATE WE PAID WAS MORE THAN REASONABLE FOR WHAT WE RECIEVED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE. THERE IS SOME CONSTRUCTION ON THE ROAD IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING WHICH HINDERS THE ACCESS A BIT BUT THERE IS A SHUTTLE TO THE AIRPORT AND VERY ATTRACTIVE CLEAN ROOMS. WE FEEL WE GOT MORE FOR OUR MONEY.

“Good close option”

Although a 15 minute drive from the hotel, this options worked extremely well for me. The restaurant food was tasty. The shuttle service was quick and accessible both ways. Rooms were comfy and clean. Shower pressure was a great relief for a weary traveler. Good choice option from Expedia.

The trip was only a lay over so I did not get to visit the city.

“All was fine”

Everything was fine, only problem was that there were no restaurants around (Other than the one in the hotel) and you have to drive to be able to get to any.

“Only stay if you like smell of cigarette smoke”

The staff at the Quality Inn were very pleasant and my room was clean. However I was under the impression that smoking inside hotels in Ontario was not allowed, but people were clearly smoking inside this hotel. The elevator stunk, which I initially thought was due to people smoking outside and coming in. But the hallways smelled the same, and I often got whiffs of cigarette smell in my room (on the 9th floor). It gave me a horrible headache and I would never consider bringing my children to a place where they would breathe in second hand smoke. Also the shuttle to the airport was not only overbooked for every departure but was running very late. I was scheduled on the 4:45am shuttle, we left around 5:15am. Finally, the hotel is nowhere near any restaurants or gas stations. The hotel pub offers ridiculously overpriced food. Because of this, I found myself eating junk food out of a vending machine.

“Glen, a business traveler frustrated with how hotels are out of touch!”

HOTEL EXECS, wake up! Please understand that in 2010 a hotel room without Internet is equally as empty as if it had no bed. In-fact, I might consider the Internet connection even more crucial than a bed. After all, I could always sleep on the floor but there are no options if there is no Internet.

“Cheap and good hotel. Car is a must.”

Got this hotel at a very cheap rate. Would have been worth the normal price, too! Room was clean. Hotel between highways but rooms a good isolated. Staff was friendly. 25min with car to Toronto Downtown (25km). Go by car than you got yourself a good deal!

“Excellent Hotel”

Excellent hotel...Centrally located....close to many restaurants and shopping area....We had a comfortable stay!! An extra creamer for coffee in the room could have been better!!

Toronto Downtown...It's a happening place and has most of the tourist attractions!!

“Good value for price paid”

The hotel is located in an industrial area and isn't close to many amenities. It is well maintained and the staff were very helpful. We arrived at 10:00 PM and found the lounge would only prepare takeout food. Beverages would only be available at room service rates. The rooms were clean, well maintained although older (1970's). The wakeup call was correct and a breakfast buffet was unavailable. The shuttle bus to the airport was ontime and the driver very professional. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as good value for the paid.
