Pros: The people.
Cons: clean the washroom down by the check in area.
Location: Classic car auction
At check-in Vanessa [manager]checked us in .Fantastic person extremely pleasant The ladies that were doing the rooms were very friendly. Very pleasant staff. The only problem that I seen was the dirty washroom down stairs in the lobby. My buddy that was staying there also mentioned it to the cleaner. He did not really care. My buddy went back up stairs to use the one in the room we just checked out of. other wise the hotel and the classic car show was great.

Motel is very old and need facelift and new things like carpet and bedspreads. Chose because of vicinity to airport; however, upon arrival, I realized there are more modern, newer motels even closer.

Pros: comfortable bed and pillow the rate
Cons: more sound proofing and a back up system to the computer
We arrived to find out their computers were down so it's a good thing we had a reservation or we would have been turned away like the other people there because the staff could not tell you what rooms were available without their computer. So they give us our keys for our room on the 2nd floor. I ask where the elevator is as my wife is disabled. They don't have an elevator!!! o.k no problem, I will just ask for another room on the ground floor. See previous sentence..their computers are down and can't tell what is available. So I help my wife up the stairs and into our room and the room was decent. We climb into bed as we had a very long drive to get there and we turn on the t.v. for a bit..well we can't hear the t.v. because of the noise coming from the room next to ours. Walls are very thin and these people were very noisy. I knew it was going to be a bad night so I thought I would try to contact the front desk early so at 951pm I called down and said the people next door are very loud, yelling, laughing and banging walls. Front desk said they would call up and warn them. Now we never heard their phone ring and the volume of noise never let up. Again at 1045pm I called down to complain and I was asked if I wanted another room. I told them that my disabled wife and i were already in bed and to offer the loud people another room but things need to quiet down so she said she would go right up and talk to them. 1135pm complained again and finally the night attendant went up.

Overall Nice Motel 3.5/5.0Posted Sep 28, 2013
Pros: Overall layout and cleanness.
Cons: Restaurant server should provide more professional care to their customers.
Location: Close to airport.
Very nice place.. clean rooms ,,, cozy restaurant... recommend to others. Minor annoyances: (1) Lady serving me in restaurant was in kitchen too long chatting and laughing with cook, instead of properly attending to my needs.

Excellent Value for Short StayPosted Sep 24, 2013
Cons: No elevators may cause diffculty to some travelers
Price was good for a hotel 10 mins. from the Pearson airport, with no parking surcharge. Air traffic noise was lower than hotels in the airport's immediate vicinity. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Pros: For being close to two major roads the room was pretty quiet
Cons: Although the room was not uncomfortable I couln't find the thermostat as I preferred a cooler nighttime temp
The motel is just south of the E.C. Row expressway which allows easy movement east and west and located on Dougall Ave gives a direct route north to downtown and south to rural Essex County. Roon was clean, bed OK checkout easy. About what you would expect.

The stay was great the hotel is close to transit and taxi etc. We needed the assistance of the desk person and they were happy to help out. I did request a mini fridge for the room and was told it was no guarantee we could have one but it would be put in the notes but there was no mention of it which was a bit frustrating.

Inconvenient without a carPosted Aug 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
The stay was comfortable. I didn't appreciate the hairs I found on the floor towel. I also didn't like that the hotel didn't have a microwave and fridge. A mini microwave and fridge would have worked just fine. I was told that it cost $18 to ride the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I ended up taking Mississauga buses...it took an hour to get to the hotel but I only spent $3.25 and it was worth it. A tip for Quality Inn...the shuttle ride ought to be FREE. The small workout room and sauna was pretty neat. I can't say it was worst hotel experience but it was far from being the best.
