Nice suite for the price

The suite setup worked well for us. Four people who gather in the living area to discuss the days events. It was very helpful to have the minifridge and microwave. I did find the king bed to be very hard - hardest I have ever experienced in a hotel. Towels were the thin kind you find in cheaper hotels.

Pros: The front desk staff and the restaurant.
Cons: Ceilings were damaged, wallpaper was peeling, had to pay for parking not connected or convenient to hotel, only 1 computer w/internet access
Location: Near airport
The hotel lobby is nice and clean, the front desk staff are helpful and friendly. That's pretty much the best that can be said about this hotel. Upon entering the room, there was a cute little bar sink near the refrigerator. Too bad the lampshade above it looked like it had been soaked in an unidentifiable brown liquid and hung up, thereby leaving the area near the sink all grungy. The coffeemaker was kind of a joke, too, looked so dirty we didn't even try it. There was a small but nice tv in the living area, however the tv in the bedroom was old and housed in a cabinet with malfunctioning doors. Guess that was ok, since you couldn't change the channels or adjust the volume (even manually), and the only way to turn it off was to unplug it. If you wanted to watch anything, you were forced to sit on the dirty sofa or the desk chair, since the other chairs and tables in the room were so shaky they seemed ready to fall apart. Shall we comment about the bathroom? Let's just say that I've seen cleaner gas stations that had less mold around the edges. A bonus, even though we were booked and had paid for multiple nights, our door key didn't work each day and had to be reset at the front desk, requiring a wait at the desk each time we re-entered the hotel. Oh, let's not forget that we had to find a store and buy our own pillows, since sleeping on a rutted bed with small, square euro-style decorator pillows filled with cotton balls and rocks was not very comfortable.

Staff was friendly and helpful except at check in. Did not appreciate the parking fee. Feel like parking should be provided for hotel guests.

Shuttle bus late

We only used bed, sink, n made coffee. In room at midnight n out at 6:00 AM. Carpets filty n room smelled. Receptionist when booking in was not good..she was the first person we had contact with... Not good

Close to airport

Pros: The location was good close to the airport and frequent shuttle service. The staff were friendly.
Cons: Other than a complete renovation.
Location: A good steak house was beside the hotel for eating dinner.
Room was in need of upgrading, the heater was between the bathroom and bedroom so the bedroom was really warm and the sitting area cold. One towel was provided completely unacceptable for a major chain hotel. Lots of things were in need of repair like some electrical outlets, the dead bolt did not work.

Excellent hotel

We stayed for 7 days. It is a great hotel, the room was clean, the staff are very helpful and very friendly. The cleaning staff are also friendly and helpful in whatever we needed. You might find a dent in a wall or a dirt mark on the carpet but if people judge a hotel for those petty little things, those are people who do not look at the big picture. We were on the 11th floor, had an amazing view of Toronto and everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and I would go back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: NEAR TO AIRPORT AND CHURCH ALSO EATING PLACES
Cons: THEY SHOULD IMPROVE ON TROLLEYS THERE ARE FEW TROLLIES

NICE HOTEL CLOSE TO AIRPORT AND CATCH THE FIRE CHURCH. STAFF VERY NICE THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP, EXCELLENT TEAM WORK. I WILL RECOMMEND IT TO FRIENDS.

Good hotel for the price.

Pros: I liked the restaurant.
Cons: Rooms need new carpets.
Location: The airport is close.
We had a good sized suite here. The room was clean, except for stains on the carpet. The restaurant and bar were very good.
