“have very bad Impressed”
Radisson Hotel Toronto East was very bad Hotel.
“Cautiously Recommend”
I would cautiously recommend this hotel. It is situated on the outskirts of Toronto but near a subway stop, which was fine for me. It was quiet. However, the condition of the shower in our bathroom was less the desirable. The drain was rusty and there was still tape around the ceiling of the shower where some repatching work being done. To the hotel staff's credit, they did try to upgrade us to a nicer room but that room had only one bed which did not meet our needs. The room overall was nice and clean however, it did not seem that the staff ran the vacuum during our stay. The customer service was very nice as the front desk staff were very helpful with any request and did so with a smile.
“Needs a little work in some areas but overall pretty good.”
The hotel staff was pretty good except when they couldn't recommend a spa nearby or when they gave me the wrong number for the nearest pharmacy which I had to ask because they didn't have a phone book anywhere (not in the rooms or at the front desk). But the pool is delightful and the hotel is clean and near the two major highways in Toronto (404 and 401). It is situated in basically an office park area but they had a wonderful Tim Horton's really close and all the other conveniences you might need within walking distance. But it is NOT in downtown Toronto and therefore not in a scenic neighborhood but I drove in knowing this and chose this hotel because of its proximity to the highways.
“Great hotel”
Very accomodating!
“A hotel I will choose to stay next time”
The hotel gave me a pretty warm feeling, especially at snowing season. The receptionist was nice, helpful. The bar restaurant offers good breakfast as well as supper. Just don't know why everybody carried a breakfast coupon while I did. The room was a bit old but you have a sense of cleanness. The bath tub however needs to be repaired, when you take shower, the water seeped from under the tab to the ground. Well, this often happens for those bathrrom facility which need high maitainence for a hotel. The location is ideal if you come to Toronto and it's vincinity for business and others because it's close to everywhere if you drive. Overall, this hotel is a pretty good hotel with reasonable price and service. I will definitely stay there next time/
“Great Hotel in tht area”
A truly beautiful and well-run hotel in a great location to other restaurants and public transportation. This is important since the hotel does not serve lunch. A very courteous staff; very comfortable and clean rooms and will readily choose this hotel again.
“Friendliest housekeeping staff I've ever met!”
Overall the Radison was just a three star hotel however I did enjoy my stay. The staff at the cafe and the housekeeping staff were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. They put a personal touch to my stay. I would definetly stay there again.
“Morgan”
Beds were comfy. BAthroom was dirty. Hair left behind from the last people. Shower was clogged. It took forever for the water to go down. Room was stale but couldn't get the air to work. Pool was very nice. Halls were dirty. Rugs were worn out. Needs an update. It was not very nice for the price. Should be rated as a one and a half star!!
“Mixed bag”
This hotel is a mixed bag. For the rate it was a nice room. But I have stayed here several times and there are always elevators out of service. Even when they work they are very slow. When the hotel has high occupancy you can easily wait 5 minutes in the lobby for an elevator. What if there was an emergency? They need to straighten out the elevator problems for good! Elevators are not high-technology!! Second beef was with the restaurant. At breakfast there were only 4 people in the restaurant including myself, and service was still awkward and slow. And pricey... breakfast for 2 was $28.00!!! I strongly recommend going off-site for breakfast is you have time, there are many fast food options nearby.
“Good condition”
Radisson hotel has a very gd condition services and cleanliness. It's very comfortable and the bed is big
