Cons: Internet speed in room could be better
Overall a very pleasant place to stay and it is perfectly located for easy access to 401. Will be a good hotel to stay at for PanAm games if watching swimming and diving events.

Not a great stay

The room temperature was so hot and there was no way to get it any cooler except to open the small window that picked up all the traffic noise from the highway. The bed was as hard as a rock. It was almost like sleeping on a box spring. We were on the 8th floor and we had to wait at least five minutes for the elevators because one wasn't working. It was close to the venue we were at so I liked the location but will not stay there again.

Good stay

1) The water from the swimming pool is too cold. 2) The room temperature of the room is too cold too. 3) Overall it was great place to stay.

Need to fix the heating control

This is generally a nice hotel. The staff were friendly and courteous and the restaurant fine for this grade of hotel. The one critical thing that let it down was that the room temperature didn't work and the room was very hot. Controls could only make it hotter. The staff suggested opening the small window, but as the hotel is about 100m from the side of the 401 that's not really an option. A colleague staying on the other side of the building did try the window and said it made no difference as there was no through breeze. Apparently this is a known problem and being worked on, but I wouldn't stay there again until it is fixed.

2 geplante Nächte mit Kleinkind. Es war erst nach mehrmaligem nachfragen möglich, dass die bei der reservierung zugesicherte Kinderkrippe auch aufs zimmer beracht wurde. Eine Decke war nicht verfügbar.

The most disappointting hotel I tried so far.

It is a very old building that really needs a lot of improvements. The first night we had hot water problem, we needed to asked them twice to come up and fix it; the air condition was really loud, and there was a few gaps between the windows so that the wind was coming in as well. We also suspected that the cleaning staff actually used our electric toothbrush since we always kept them very clean but there were stings on them when night we came back. When we talked with the manager, she was just saying that it's not possible and didn't apologize. Not a friendly hotel at all and not recommended.

It sucks

We had to pay for parking and they had no complimentary coffee. Bath tubs to small. Pool was cold in water and in room. Our worse stay ever

Had we known about these issues during your stay, we would have been able to rectify the issues. In regards to parking charges, unfortunately all our surrounding areas do charge. Not charging would leave us vulnerable to abuse, making it difficult for our guest to find a parking spot. We hope you give us an opportunity to make amends. Thank you.
