“I will recommend this hotel to others.”
The only thing we are not satified is that they have too many weddings during weekends, it was very noisy if you stayed in the 2nd floor, but they did move us to other floor after we complained, so overall service is good and the hotel is clean and comfortable.

After the Radisson minibus driver dropped me at the wrong Radisson ( I told him which one I wanted to go to), I was left to catch a cab to the other Radisson nearby. I had flown in from Florida and had no idea where I was. I had to pay for the cab. I moved rooms once during my two night stay because of housekeeping "oversights".

“Nice hotel; very poor service in dining room”
This hotel was above average. The service was good except in the dining room. Food quality was poor and length of time waiting for meal was excessive. The waiter was not attentive. As far as the room,it was nice and clean; however, there was a hugh stain spot on the ceiling above the tub. The sitting area was nice; however, not really comfortable. The soft drink machines were empty the entire 5 days we were there, and the pool was closed several of those days. Other than that, the service staff was friendly.

The hotel is very beautiful and the rooms are amazing. We had a few problems with our room and the hotel staff did a great job of handling the situation and gave us a free upgrade. I enjoyed my experience and I will be going back.

The hotel is beautiful. It was clean and the rooms were comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel wasn't far from the sites we wanted to visit, it was very convenient. I would stay there again.

“should have been better”
I stayed there for 3 nights a few weeks ago. It's a very nice building in a good location in a toronto suburb. Very nice bed, outstanding bathrooms, love the plasma tvs. but the "support" could use some work. Problems included... 1) several burned out lightbulbs that stayed burned out even after I notified the front desk. This rendered the sitting area unusable due to the darkness. 2) the second day (after the first night there) I had to ask for the room to be cleaned, and the third day it didn't get cleaned at all. 3) There was a wedding in the hotel and the guests took all the parking spots (not hotel guests, guest for the wedding who would be leaving) with none left for actual hotel guests. I had to park behind the warehouse next door, then go move my car at midnight, b/c the staff couldn't guarantee me that the car wouldn't get towed. They were also rather rude about that whole issue. 4) One night, very very late, the front desk called the room. Evidently another room was having a problem getting the pay per view movies to work and the front desk was calling the report they had fixed the problem. Unfortunately, they had the wrong room number, and called me instead, waking me up
