Good stay

Pros: the ornate design looked rich
Cons: There needs to be improved monitoring
The hall ways weren't well kept. Every time we came outside the room the floors were dirty and so was the elevator.

Rude staff and very uncomfortable stay
Posted Jan 16, 2013
Pros: The pool
Cons: The staff
Location: 10 minutes from airport.
The decor in the room is way too over the top. Needs updating. trying too hard to be classic and old.The staff was rude and unorganized. There were dirty dishes on the floor, in front of the elevators the whole day and night. They have air mattresses for the beds and they were very uncomfortable. Some of the lights in the room didn't work and there were stains all over the carpet. We asked about continental breakfast and they gave us a card with our room number on it. In the morning they said the card was only used for refreshments not breakfast and were very rude about it. I was very frustrated and they did nothing to accommodate for their mistake. I would never stay there again.

The room was clean, a little outdated, but clean. The bathroom shower was awsome, but the way they have put it together, the water from the shower leaks all over the floor. The resturant itself is horrible. It took an hour to get two salads. Which one was a chefs salad, and the other was tomatoe slices (5) with a few pieces of cheese on them. When we finally got our nacho's which was at least 45 mins after that, they were burnt, And they were suppose to come with salsa, sour cream, and the guacamole. Apparently they didn't remember the last time they had sour cream and the guacamolie was several different colours of green because it hadn't been used in over a week, (even though the night time bar tender told us they make this dish everday) they had to go to a different kitchen in order to get it. When we requested that they get it, He was not very happy. Then they tried to charge us for one extra cocktail that we didn't order. Get rid of the kitchen staff, and night bar tender and you'd have a good resturant.

All was good. I was only there 1 night. I didnt love the mattress though. One was too firm and the sleep mattress didn't work for me. I couldn't find my place. Everything else was great. Maybe next time I will get a chance to use the pool. Looked nice and clean

Great hotel for families with young children!

Pros: The separate sitting area with tv.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: A little far from shopping in Mississauga. Close to the airport.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very courteous and helpful and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The separate sitting area with tv was very convenient since we were traveling with a young child. The room was equipped with a fridge, microwave,2 tvs and a private balcony! The location was a tad far from the Square One area, but the quality of the hotel and price was well worth the few extra minutes of travel. Despite being close to the airport, I did not find the air traffic noise to be distracting. There were evening events held on 2 separate nights in the attached banquet centre, but the noise and foot traffic did not bother us at all. Thanks for the great stay Radisson! We will definitely be back again.

If you can get past the 'gaudiness' of the hotel decor, the rooms are actually quite large and comfortable. However, the hotel is very far from the airport (and there is no shuttle availabe at all, not even from other close-by hotels) which means you need to take a taxi to go anywhere, even to a restaurant as there are none nearby, apart from the slightly expensive one in the hotel itself. The taxi cost to the airport is around $30, which basically wipes out the savings of staying in this hotel. The front desk clerk was very helpful and polite, phoning other hotels for me to find out if there were any shuttles available.
