Everything about this property was excellent with two exceptions. The first being that there was a dresser (with a drawer that had to be forced closed and made unusable by maintenance) that was very close to the bed. This made it awkward to get out of the bed in the morning. This was more of an inconvenience than any big issue. The other issue was that of dropping the car off for valet parking. There was no signage as to where to drop the car off. When we returned after an outing. We literally had to stop the car on a road (blocking traffic) in order to get out. It would be nice to have an area where you could stop and get out of the car without having to block a street to do that.

Great location. Very friendly staff, especially the bartender. Cocktails were excellent. Breakfast food was not good. Reheated frozen food. Coffee bar was very good.

We’ve stayed at this location a couple of times. Each time the staff has been friendly and helpful. I love the location. It’s in walking distance of the venues we go to most.

Staff in front desk were not very friendly and certainly were not knowledgeable at all. Did not go out of their way to help and didn’t seem to have a handle on anything. My son forgot his favorite plushy in the room. We were there for many hours after check out. You would thing someone would have realized it was our plushy. Also requested to take a cart to bring my luggage down. They said they would send Dorinda up. It took an hour wait after many reminder calls. For this reason we missed some of our sightseeing.

The breakfast was great. Lots of great choices. So many staff waiting to clean and remove your garbage to het ready for the next family. Room was great. Everything you need besides food. Pillows could have been more comfortable 😴 but overall 9/10.

The stay was great but not the extra bed we couldn’t sleep at all in that bed that was horrible to sleep in , maria was great at the front desk , breakfast was great and service was great , the only bad thing was the extra sofa bed that I couldn’t sleep horrible and very cold the room ! Besides that our stay was good ! But when you pay over 300$ for a junior suite you should be having a good bed to sleep with good bedding and we didn’t have that !

The facility is good but the problem is there is no space for gusts to sit and have a proper breakfast. As a result, we have to line up for longer time and also it is a mess until 10:00 am. I personally recommend the hotel to scrap the idea of breakfast. The other down point of the hotel is the swimming pool which is very small compared to the size of the hotel and the number of guests. For these two reasons, I would not book this hotel again

Free breakfast is great! Room was spacious and clean, staff were very polite and friendly, loud neighbours but that’s not the hotels fault, otherwise great stay, would definitely stay again.

Location is the best! Your staff is very friendly and professional Parking needs to improve Breakfast was a headache, the only good thing about it it’s your personnel, they are very nice but the waiting times and lines are unacceptable! Waiting time for elevator needs to improve!
