Other then having our room size mixed up when we got there our experance was perfect. They corrected the mix up right away.

The shuttle never came to pick us up at the airport even though we were told over and over it would be there in "ten minutes." The hotel is not really finished. The rooms are dingy, A/C loud, bathroom crummy. I would only stay here if there is no other option available.

I stayed @ this hotel in the past & was happy, but. This time the hotel was one big construction zone... no restaurants no retail no services of any kind. The 1st room had a frozen AC. The serviceman offered to check the AC in our new room & never returned, leaving the door open for us to find our own way. The message lite on the phone blinked continuously so we never knew if there was a message. The phones had been scrubbed clean & had no #s on them so you had to guess when making a call or giving out hotel info. Staff said the hotel started renovations 9 months ago. There were no signs of work ongoing. Don't waste your money.

Wrong Room

Pros: Nothing special
Cons: Give people the rooms they reserve .
Location: I was at a conference at the Hersey Centre and it was close by.
We check in to find we did not have the two beds we had reserved but only one in the room. It was necessary to getting demanding to the point of rude to the manager on duty before the problem was resolved. We were not the only people at the desk with this problem

Cons: Change the mattresses.
Checked the mattress seams as soon as we arrived. Evidence of bedbugs present (casings and lots of black spots in the seams but nowhere else). No evidence of spots on the surface of the mattress. It was very late and with small kids, we took our chances. No bites the next morning but didn't sleep well worried there might be bugs. I suspect there were bedbugs in the past and the problem was eradicated.

Pros: Room was nice.
Cons: Staff should have attempted to rectify the error in some way.
I requested a smoking room, was informed that was possible, but when I checked in... No room was available. Then, without any consideration for the lack of smoking room I was given a room on the 10th floor as far away from the elevator as possible. I will only use this hotel again if I am in a crunch.
