エレベーター横でうるさかったが、部屋は清潔で、シャワーの水圧も良かった。 高層階で、CN タワーも良く見えました。

Recent business tripPosted Jan 26, 2015
Pros: Good location, comfortable rooms, excellent staff.
Cons: Free Wi-Fi. This is ridiculous.
Location: In the heart of Toronto close to the theatre district, with many good restaurants and shopping close by.
I recently stayed at the Sheraton Centre in Toronto during a business trip for meetings in Downtown Toronto. The hotel is well situated and a full service site. The rooms are quite comfortable and the restaurants are good. The staff is outstanding. However, the hotel does not offer free Wi-Fi.

Best hotel for new year eve close to fireworksPosted Jan 17, 2015
I stayed here for 2 weeks. Location is excellent to reach shopping and commercial centers. Close to subway and public transport is a step. Only drawback was the in availability of free room wifi. We had to go to the lobby for the net. In room wifi was unimaginably over rated 15 $ for an hour.

Great location when construction is overPosted Jan 11, 2015
Major construction going on next door so you'll want a West facing room until that scene is over. Hotel is a perfect location. $60 parking. Huh. Hotel needs a lot of work on the details (outside of the great lobby).

Birthday outingPosted Jan 4, 2015
Pros: Location, customer service, facilities.
Cons: Room carpets
Location: Access from Union station underground (good for winter),Nathan Phillips Sq, shopping, and plenty of restaurants all a walk away.
Stayed here for one night to celebrate wife's 30th birthday. Location, customer service, and facilities were excellent. Everything was good with exception to the carpet in the room which could do with updating. Corners of the room looked a bit grungy and missing a proper vacuum/cleaning.

Above the PATH nice, pleasing and warm hotel.Posted Jan 3, 2015
Pros: It was near everything and did not exploit the guests. Good price!
Cons: Just keep up the good work!!
Location: A little bit of everything can be done nearby!!
For the New Year's. Wonderful experience. Watched the fireworks from room big window! Lovely!!! Good appetizer on the 43 rd floor early in the evening overlooking the iconic skyscrapers in Toronto! Nice atmosphere! Excellent staff!! I have nothing but great things to say about the hotel. This new year will always be in my memories. Great gym and pool as well!!

Tiny rooms, awful parking, clean but overpricedPosted Jan 2, 2015
Standard rooms are no bigger than a shoebox in comparison to other hotels in the downtown core (Intercontinental, Hilton) and for the big price tag this hotel doesn't deliver even close to competitors at that star/price bracket. The mattress was terribly old and uncomfortable, styling was dated, the elevators don't decelerate enough before each stop so you'll feel your stomach jump, and the parking is a mess. There are no signs where to park so you pull into the hotel drop off and I asked where to go park myself and was told valet only. Okay fine so you go park it for me, we thought. After waiting 40 minutes in a car line-up squished in a too-small space, each of us having no idea where to go, the valet instructs us to park just across the street and up a ways. Room service options were uber limited and also way overpriced (a bowl of blueberries was $18, plus $5 delivery charge and plus 17.5% mandatory gratuity). Quinn's steakhouse though was amazing, though also expensive- I highly recommend the prime rib prix fixed menu and steer clear of the cocktails (they did a poor job). I also abhor having to pay for internet on top of a $300/night fee, and of course here as well they charged $19/day additionally for that. We had someone banging on the wall at 4am and the pipes clattered while taking a shower. Poor quality at a high cost! Not impressed!

Checkin was painful and time consumingPosted Jan 2, 2015
Pros: Location, location, location. Other than front desk...staff are awesome.
Cons: If a guest is seriously inconvenienced by your lack of staff. Do something about it. Room we stayed was a bit dated. Ones we visited were ok though
Location: Next four seasons centre, city hall, eaton centre, osgoode subway station
My girlfriend spent 2 hours in line up to check in, I had gone to a hockey game, they wouldn't let her checkin. Not impressed. We tried to checkin around 11 am after waiting an hour+ in line but we're told we couldn't checkin that early( fair enough as checkin was at 3pm). I had to call the hotel to get her name on the room, guess what she had to wait another hour to check in. I missed significant portion of a world junior game trying to get through to the hotel. Won't be staying here again. To top everything off, our keys stopped working after midnight. Luckily my girlfriend let me in. Next morning we went to get new keys....forget about it...line up through the front door. Couldn't get into our room when we came back from breakfast..we just went shopping got new keys around 5 pm. Not my problem if you're overbooked and under staffed.
