Location only reason to stay

Posted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: The convenience of walking across the bridge from the airport. That's about it.
Cons: The rooms are so basic, a little fridge in the room is kind of basic isn't it? The elevators are kind of important too.
Our room was very basic, did not have a bar fridge. My wife has medication that must be kept cold and we asked for one to be sent to our room. It was not. The elevators were impossible to get on the next morning. There was only one in service and every time it came it was crammed full. After 15 minutes we contemplated taking the stairs from the 5th floor, with our 4 pieces of luggage. Finally got one. As I stated in the title, the only reason to stay here is it's so convenient for flying

Very convenient

Posted Mar 31, 2014
Being right at the airport was convenient as we had an early flight in the morning. We arrived later in the evening and the line up to check in was long. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Best place fr YYZ stopover

Posted Mar 30, 2014
This is a very nice hotel for night stopover at Pearson airport. You don't even need coat in winter as there is a skywalk access to Terminal 3. This is a standard Sheraton facility - clean, comfortable and well maintained. Only one downside - dinner is way too expensive with wine priced at $15. I understand they charge theses prices because they can, yet in majority of other places one can get better dinner for much less...

Convenient airport location

Pros: Location
It was great to hop on a train and arrive at the hotel without having to go outside in the cold weather. The hotel looked a little dated and could use a facelift.

I like the convenience of the location.

Posted Mar 29, 2014
Pros: Location to airport.
Cons: Rooms will need upgrading soon.
I've stayed dozens of time. The hotel is fine for its purposes however, dining absolutely needs improving and the cost is unlike any hotel I have ever stayed at. I understand charging a premium for some items, however the overall cost of both inroom or diningroom experience - atrocious. And the service - not adequate for the price at all. Buyer beware. Eat before you arrive.

Convenient and Classy

This hotel has been a welcome reprieve in the middle of miserable flight schedules on more than one occasion. Love it!

Disappointing regardless of airport proximity

Posted Mar 20, 2014
Pros: Proximity to airport, comfy beds, Starbucks tea/coffee in room.
Cons: Overpriced in general, and they charge a fortune for wi-fi access.
Location: Connected directly to Terminal 3 (access to your flights, retail shops, and affordable restaurants).
The best feature of this hotel is its proximity to the airport. Everything else is marginal. It's overpriced, they charge a fortune for wi-fi access, and the rooms are very dated. Don't be fooled by the fancy lobby area! Once you leave that space, you'll be disappointed and will have to pay handsomely for that disappointment. You would be much better off taking the sky-train and travelling an extra (literally) 4 minutes to the nearly brand new Alt Hotel just a stone's throw from Terminal 3. Had there been a room available at the Alt Hotel, I would have stayed there instead of at the Sheraton. Overall, great proximity to the airport, but the disappointments within the hotel were enough that I wouldn't stay here again.

Handy for airport

Posted Mar 17, 2014
You get what you pay for. Handy for the airport. Basic rooms with basic/dated bathrooms. It is what it is.....an airport hotel. Ask for rooms as high as possible looking over the car park for a quieter nights sleep.

convenient airport stopover

Posted Mar 13, 2014
Pros: location, convenience
Cons: none
Quick and easy access, don't have to leave the airport. Nice bar to relax and have a drink during your stopover. Will definitely use again.
