It was very noisy with loud music. I checked in at 10pm and was just looking to sleep. The music continued until the early hours of the morning and seemed to be coming from the hotel lobby. I went down to complain twice. I had previously stayed at this hotel and it was a good experience. This experience has made me never want to go back. The show head was also very unsteady and almost broken in room 220. Just a really subpar experience for a Staybridge property.

It's right off the highway so very convenient. The breakfast was included and it had a good selection. The room was very clean. My husband and I stayed there but it is very family and dog friendly. During the weekend it was very busy with families but during the week it was much quieter. Good value. I would stay there again.

Very clean and smells great every where, stuff are very kind and always smiling and making our stay pleasant, I mentioned the Front Disk manager Mrs.Engy Kamel and all reception stuff snd dinning area , will recommend for every one , thanks .

I book suits for 5 people and they have everything setup for only 2 . We were so tired and I went downstair to ask comforter as there were only two. In morning I noticed that they put only 2 towel. Again in morning I went 3 times to ask towels and we have to check out as well on same day. We were getting delayed.

This hotel needs an urgent renovation of the rooms. It feels un-healthy! The rug has stains an feels like walking without shoes is not appropriate. The bathtub is peeling and is completely un-safe… my daughter slips inside while taking a shower. The windows shades are so old, that have holes in it, and even we found a couple of holes/damage in the walls… for the price, not recommended at all!

Great location for our needs. Staff very friendly. I booked a 2 bedroom suite. Couch and chair were VERY old. Bedspreads and curtains could def use an update. Room was well equipped. Kids enjoyed indoor pool. Breakfast was great. I would definitely stay there again.

This Hotel was very nice, great staff excellent location to the "GO" Train into Toronto and we enjoyed the stay, the breakfast, and the swimming pool. Would stay here again!

The hotel looked ok on the outside is i desperate need of an updating. Fist off the halls the rugs were all lifting and at times made it difficult to push the luggae cart. The Our room which had very very old rug was Loose and lifting. There was actuality quite a gap where the rug switched to tile (the whole length) that you can very easy snag your toes on way to bathroom especially through the night and you forget. The bed was the worse ive ever slept in and ive slept in some bad ones. The sheets also had big stains on them at least i hope they were just stains. The pool area was freezing and the water was cool. The floors in there were also very dirty. The walls were as as and had what appeared to be poop or something that looked just like it.

Hi it’s ron Terpstra my wife and i stayed one night and the room was nice but it smells like someone was smoking drugs in there so we had to move to another room. So they moved us to another floor and soon as we got off the elevator it was the same smell so please let us know what are you guys going to do

The hotel was conveniently located near where we needed to be. The suite had two bedrooms one king size bed and two double beds which was a perfect size for our family of five. Also had a kitchenette with a large fridge which is excellent. Room was clean and comfortable enough however some cos: furniture is super old and couch sank down when sitting on it, all three tvs are too complicated to operate with the three different remotes and an antiquated tv system, the bathrooms were clean enough however the tubs are showing their age and the hardware is falling out of the walls plus the ceiling was leaking. Pros: The staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was ample and generous with great offerings and very decent coffee and the kids loved the fresh waffles. The pool was a great distraction for the kids perfect size and super clean, the gym was good, the laundry on site is a great help especially for us with kids. Overall a great stay and would stay there again but they knew to do some upkeep of the property and the furnishings.

This property has one of the best hotel personnel, in all the decades of staying in hotels worldwide. It is the reason for my 5-stars. While the suites are spacious overall the hotel is tired. If you are comfortable with a remote location with the only restaurant, in the area, at its sister hotel next door. This is the place for you. If its staff was not so exceptional, I would not have stayed. Thank you kindly...Engy, Beverley, Liza, Marylin, Gerald, and Dwight. Your exceptional service made my stay that much more comfortable. Great stay
This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. The staff,everyone,is friendly and helpful . The room is clean and very comfortable. I like the ecofriendliness of refillable shampoo/conditioner & bath gel. We were there on New Years Eve night and it was pleasantly quiet for sleeping.
