Noisy Room

Posted May 25, 2015
Pros: Was a short walk to Roger's Center, Queen and King Street.
Cons: Continental breakfast could include more than one working toaster and some fruit. Bleach the black grout in bathrooms.
Location: lots of restaurants and bars on Queen and king Street with in walking distance.
Our room was on the exterior perimeter of the hotel with large windows that faced the street. Unfortunately the noise from people and cars on the street kept us from sleeping soundly. Continental breakfast was included which was cold cereal and toast. Only one toaster was working and it took forever to get a turn to use it. The tub enclosure in our room had mostly black caulking between the tiles - not very inviting.

Cons: I could not locate the parking garage for the hotel. Ended up parking a block away and walking to the hotel.
My stay was due to hospital visits for my daughter. I would have preferred to be closer to the hospital but this hotel did provide what I needed. The bed was comfortable and it was reasonably quiet. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent services! Very helpful staff. The room is avg clean. The mattress has some marks on it and I noticed they didn't change new tower on our second night stay. The hotel is in great and convient location. Might come back.

Spacious Room and Close to Downtown

Posted May 20, 2015
Pros: Spacious rooms and located near downtown Toronto
Cons: Continental breakfast could be improved and comfort of beds.
Location: Location was ideal and was a close walk to shopping and downtown activities. Walked to the Blue Jays game and Eaton centre.
Room was spacious and had a nice view from room. Breakfast was provided free of charge and was satisfying, however options were limited. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. The hotel location was close walk to downtown core and activities. In addition room was a reasonable price.

The service was great. Location was awesome. We got to walk right downtown it was so close. The carpet needs cleaning and the washroom floor. Overall I will stay there again on our next visit in Toronto. It was very convinient and it was nice to have the breakfast included.

Nice but the cleanliness need to be improved

Posted May 13, 2015
Pros: The location though a bit far from the subway station but around 10 minutes walk distance to Street Car Station.
Cons: The cleanliness of the room need to be improved. The toilet is clogged all the time and unable to flush.
Location: The hotel is locate in Chinatown and pretty convenient for the tourist or business traveller who mainly stay in the downtown area.
The concierge staff is nice and helpful. However, the cleanliness of the room need to be improved. My boss and I smell smoke all the time inside the room although they give me the smoke-free one. Good location, I can find a lot of good Chinese restaurant there.

Blue Jays weekend.

Posted May 12, 2015
Cons: Hotel is fine for the price.
Location: Location was good for transit to and from airport. Close to lots off food choices.
Found this hotel in easy walking distance (20 min) for the Blue Jays games. The price was good and they had a basic breakfast with toast and waffles. No meat.

Great central location on a budget

Posted May 11, 2015
We stayed 2 nights we had no hot water when we woke up after the first night just ice cold water. they finally got it fixed that evening. The staff was very kind and helpful so that made up for it. The rooms were just ok. We had to call the front desk for a remote to the a/c. The room could use a make over everything was kinda falling apart. The hotel is also on the 3rd floor of a shopping center so you have to take an elevator up to the lobby. Our window looked into the shopping center not outside which was kinda weird. It could of been better but then again it could of been worse and we just needed a place to rest our head so if you plan on walking a lot this would be a good spot for people on a budget.

Good location

Very satisfied. Large group made a lot of noise returning from bars/clubs. Hotel staff dealt with noise.
