The staff and rooms at the Hazelton were lovely, the ONE restaurant was a little bit underwhelming, given the price point and our couples massage was not a treatment room, but rather in a converted guest room

This hotel is excellent. A luxury stay from start to finish. The Hazelton is a Forbes five star hotel, not a regular five star. Therefore, their service is impeccable and they treated us like VIPs.
