Thus was our first time at the Westin but wont be our last. Our room was wonderful, the bed was comfy (pillows too big tho), nice bathroom etc. Lots of little extras to make you feel pampered. Deliciois healthy snacks at check-in, nice toiletries, bottles water and even a small rollerball bottle of essential oil to promote better sleep. All this for $100 less than the place we usually stay. And the airport shuttle was easy and convenient. Fantastic!

Undisclosed $32 parking was my first interaction with the reception. When I questioned them on it they told me it’s third party and I don’t have to take it. Check into the room to find it’s hardly been cleaned. Someone else’s hair all through the bathroom, disgusting. Clearly the room wasn’t vacuumed as there were bits of things all over the floor. Go to have a shower and the wall mounted soap is empty. The rooms and service also not reflect a 4 start hotel. The shower is a tiny bathtub. The double delux room is large. It doesn’t have a couch and uses double beds when there’s plenty of room for queens. Wasn’t offered baggage help at check in even though I was alone with two small children. Stayed in Westins before and this place should have the name pulled. Very disappointed for $300. Paid more for what I thought was a quality 4 star. It’s a dump with poor services. Should have went to the holiday inn.
