It is a dark hotel. Hard to see from the road. Forget the free breakfast, cold pancakes and watery oatmeal

Other than wild unsupervised kids In pool and running in halls, everything was terrific. Thank you to staff for accommodation of end quiet room. Free breakfast was adequate.

Pros: Had breakfast available for families with children under 12 eating free under 12 and it had a pool.
Location: This location was convenient to Hospital where my daughter was having surgery
The stay here was as a result of my daughter having surgery at a nearby hospital. The hotel was very close and had a pool for children and children 12 and under eat free with an adult which worked wonderfully for us.

The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful.

We spent most of the time outside and just stayed in the room to sleep. But what really took my attention is that the staff are really helpful in assisting us specially if we have questions on how to go to different places in Toronto. Should I ever decide to go back to Toronto, I'll choose this hotel again.

$10 per hour for early check in before 3pm implying that the room was available from when I arrived at 10am. I could not seriously recommend .

You get what you pay for!!!

I choose this hotel based on price and from the photos listed. The reality is far from the snapshot. Carpets with holes and frayed edges, night tables with missing drawer, ripped shower curtain; not to mention to the next door neighbors all night party after I had to sign a "No Party" agreement with penalty of a fine. With that said, if all you need is a bed and a washroom. Feel free to stay.

Free easy parking

Pros: Easy commute by car to Billy Bishop airport, reasonable rate. Free parking and wifi.
Cons: Could do with a makeover.
Location: Lots of shops and facilities around it. Noisy, busy roads that could be heard from the room. Good airport location.
The photos were better than the reality. It was an overnight stay, gave us a bed for the night and a shower in the morning.

Cheap is not always worth it

Pros: Food in restaurant was very good.
Cons: The service, amount of towels given in a room (2 is not enough), fix the sauna or at least put up a sign instead of having it boarded shut, everything
We took our children down to swim in the pool and there was no towels, I went and asked the front desk for some towels for the kids and was told I had to get them out of my room. I went up to our room and there was only two towels. I went back down to the front desk and asked for more towel since we have three children and was told no because they didn't have any that were clean. The man at the front desk told me he would find me some and bring them to the pool in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later and we still only had the two small towels we had from our room, we are a family of five. We stayed at this hotel so we could leave our car and fly on vacation from the airport for a week. We asked for a wake up call for 4 am and airport shuttle at 5 am. Not only did we verbally make these request we had to write them in the hotels shuttle book. Luckily we also set the alarms on our phones because we did not receive our wake up call and when we mentioned this to the man at the front desk he told us we were down for a wake up call at 5 am and a shuttle at 6 am. We had to be at the airport at 5:30 am and no later or we would have missed our flight. Then they weren't sure they had a shuttle available, it turned out that it was sitting outside so one of the men behind the front desk had to drive us. I should also mention that the sauna near the pool was boarded up and the drink machine had big chains and a lock wrapped around it. It made me worry the hotel was not a safe place for families.
