Location: Close to the airport, 427, 401. We were there 2 days for an appointment in Brampton and a Production downtown. Convenient to both.
Friendly staff, quick check in, awesome modern suite with all the conveniences.

Very nice but with some drawbacks

Location: I was there on a Sunday evening and I looked for a restaurant in the near vicinity. COuldn't find anything appealing open. Plan to eat ahead.
This hotel is a little further away from the airport, about 10 minutes. It is in a more isolated areas with less amenities. There is no kitchen so don't think room service or restaurant or lounge. No movies on demand. It is more like a place where you would want to stay for a longer period than a couple of days. Feels like an apartment. We were two. I slept in the living room on the sofa bed but the bathroom access is only from the bedroom. Something you should know if you are not traveling with a family member. Overall very nice and comfortable however.

Poor customer service!

Cons: Change the management ASAP!
After driving 1000km and 12 hours the hotel staff greeted me with a news that the Hotel was overbooked and I had to move to another hotel (which ended up being a sub par hotel). I was told that this happens sometimes and I will have to stay at that other hotel for both of the 2 days that I'd previously booked with Marriott. Upon arriving to Holiday Inn the management didn't know that I'll be staying for 2 days neither had any accommodations for both days and the manager told me that he had mentioned this to Marriott's manager S Schwartje. Overall very bad customer service by Marriott.....never going back again!

Very friendly staff at front desk. Rooms are spacious and comfortable: smart design with pull out table and bench for eating in if that's what you're doing. We have kids who wanted pizza so we ate in. One great thing as a parent: the pool was warmish, 1-2 degrees warmer would be even better but I appreciated it not being freezing as so many pools are (the Grand in Toronto for example). Breakfast was all we needed and free coffee in lobby at all times. Got down late in morning: more complimentary newspapers would be nice but I appreciate the hotel might not want to waste money on such frills. It is all excellent value as is. We'll be back. Soundproof rooms.

Pros: the layout of the bedroom, very cozy, feels homy
Location: close to airport and highway
The only disappointment is that the bed sheet wasn't changed in the duration of our stay, the staff said because our stay was less than 7 days. $15 charge is applied if linen requested to be changed.

Spacious, modern and clean.

Fantastic hotel, very spacious room and washroom. The kitchen had everything needed. Decor was beautiful. Only thing I wish they had a waffle maker but very minor detail.

Spacious room, friendly service

Convenient location - close to airport, close to Square One mall (less than 15 mins drive), several restaurants close by. Room is good size but TV was placed in quite an awkward position and air-con was not quite intuitive. Breakfast was ok except the egg was a bit weird (doesn't really taste like egg at all) but it's free so no complain. Staff is very friendly plus free parking and free wifi. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice and clean hotel room with free breakfast

Stayed for five days. They change your linens and clean your rooms everyday which is great. It has an eat in kitchen, frudge and dishwasher that's great for those staying longer. Offers free breakfast and airport transfers.

Would have loved to have stayed longer

Very clean room and hotel overall. Fully stocked kitchen complete with full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc., and all the utensils and dishware to prepare and serve a complete meal. We didn't take advantage of any of it, as we were only there for 1 night. Although the hotel had a swimming pool, a hot tub would be a nice addition. Breakfast was adequate, with the usual hot oatmeal, cold cereals, toast, muffins, bagels, and breakfast sausage. We appreciated the hotel's attempt at eggs (a pre-fried egg), rather than the usual hard-boiled egg found on most similar hotel's "hot" buffets. Nice little selection of chips, beverages, and even laundry supplies at the front desk, in case you forgot anything, even for those longer hotel stays. Quite impressive overall for the price.
