“"Convenient Location"”

The staff were very helpful although the hotel was filled with guests. The hotel was conveniently located near the freeway and a mall which made for easy access. Guest services responded quickly to our needs and brunch was delicious. Great amenities as well.

“Very good hotel but far from all things”

This hotel is very good, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is very helpful and very friendly but the only problem is that the hotel is situated far from all other things so you need a car all the time.

“Very nice, and good value for the price”

We loved the Japanese breakfast we ordered through room service. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and nice view. My son did not want to leave the room! We will be sure to return.

“Jenni's Review”

The hotel room wasnt as clean as it should. Especially the bath tub. The drain was clogged so after you took a shower, it would drain slowly leaving the debris in the tub (hair etc...). Just wasn't as clean as it should be.

“For the price, this hotel is an excellent value.”

The hotel was clean, safe, quite, had professional staff and was in a nice neighborhood. The parking lot was close and had ample parking. The pool and jacuzzi was very clean.

“Needs Deep Cleaning and Renovation!”

The hotel was filthy. Stains on the carpet, pieces of paper and garbage on the floor. There were two Gatorade bottles left at the elevator area for two full days, never picked up by hotel staff. There was the cover to a razor on the floor of our room from previous guests. The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. There are chips in the bathtub,all fixtures are old, including the tv which doesn't offer movies for purchase. One positive, the restaurant. The service was good and so was the food.

“Overall Good but in need of facelift”

the front desk staff was excellent but the interior of the rooms and especially the bathroms was far below standards. We had a dog but were given a handicapped room. I think they should have a couple of animal friendly rooms that didn't include handicapped equipment. neighboring room was insanely noisy until about 1am. close to freeways

“will definitely go back”

The hotel was as I had expected based on the reviews, nice and clean. Excellent parking space and nearby eat out places for early morning breakfast if you want to skip the expensive hotel breakfast.

“Room was small”

For the price I paid, this hotel was not worth it. I expected more from a Holiday Inn. I picked this hotel for the location that I needed to be and needed 2 beds in a room. Our room had 2 full beds and had too many big furniture which made the room really small for 4. The room was old but clean. But for the price they charge and with their name, I expected more. I would not come back here again.
