Never had such a great servicePosted Apr 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was just great. We had a heavy snow storm in the night and the roads were very slippery. They let us stay longer so we could drive safe. They didn't want us to take any risk.

Very pleasant get-awayPosted Jan 16, 2013
We ended up staying at another motel owned by the same people because of illness and lack of seasonal business. However our stay was very pleasant and we were treated exceptionally well. We had to call the first day we were scheduled to arrive; because of bad weather we were unable to travel. They said no problem and just added a night to the other end of the stay, straight across with no charge. I was very surprised! This was a great place to stay. It was nice and quiet. It was fun to have the towels folded as a swan on the bed when we arrived.

An Oasis after a long drivePosted Oct 30, 2012 on Hotels.com
We drove from Monument Valley to this HJ in Torrey Utah, a 4-5 hour drive late at night. We called to advice of our late arrival and was told by Rose that all was ok. When we arrived there was no one at the desk but a phone asked to call and someone would be there. Rose came out and had everything ready. The rooms were on the 2nd floor, but were very spacious and nicely appointed.. Breakfast the next morning was adequate, but there was no sign of any staff in the restaurant or at the front desk at any time.. When we went to check out we had to call on the phone provided like we had done on arrival. Beautiful area with both Capitol Reef Park and Bryce within easy reach.

Good hotelPosted Oct 29, 2012
Pros: Staff friendlyness
Cons: No elevator
Location: It was right next to Capitol Reef National Park, which was our destination.
Unfortuantely we were not there for many hours, as we arrived late, and were up early. The room and overall hotel was very clean. We found the front desk staff to be very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was there as no elevator, and we are older, and needed to carry suitcases up stairs. I should have check this out before, and requested a ground floor room in advance. Since we arrived very late, they could not accomodiate us to a ground floor room; again that is my fault. The breakfast bar was very tasteful. We would stay there again.
