Perfect locationPosted Nov 3, 2013
Would go again but the rooms are not serviced each day and it was very dusty with cobwebs. The staff were great. I found taking the rubbish to the basement with no light in the corridor quite scary. The room had everything you could need in it. Location meant lovely restaurants over the road.

The perfect place in the center of ToulousePosted Sep 10, 2013
Pros: space, kitchenette, central courtyard area are all ace.
I hate regular hotels due to the lack of space for your money, so this apartment hotel is ideal. perfect place to relax after a day at work with a bottle of wine and some cheese, before heading out for dinner in any one of the many great restaurants within 5 mins walk.

Good LocationPosted Jun 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
Excellent location, only a quick 2 min walk to the city centre and all it's bars, shops, restaurants etc. Quick and efficient check in/out and hotel room itself was in good condition. Only slight niggle was that the hotel parking is extremely narrow and tight. Numerous scrapes on the walls from other cars and indeed on exiting the car park I did manage to scrape my rear bumper. This alone would prohibit me from staying here again if I had a car. Otherwise very nice hotel - does what it says on the tin.

Good for a single person such as business manPosted Jun 24, 2013
Pros: Helpful staff
Cons: Toilet door was located poorly and the handle could be busted if teh door was not closed and you open the front door
Location: Great location close to the main square and only 10 minutes walk to the train station
The room had all the expected facilities including a kitchenette although I did not use it. The staff were very helpful particularly in helping me with the laundry facilities. breakfast was standard European style with no frills.

Never againPosted Apr 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
I will never stay again at this overpriced, poorly maintained hotel property. I had a small kitchen, which I was afraid to use because silverware was filthy. On a positive note, hotel's staff was friendly and helpful, and you can drink unlimited very good quality coffee and tea free of charge.

Well situated, well appointed, reasonablePosted Jan 6, 2013
Pros: The very comfortable bed and the kitchen
The hotel was well situated near many of the areas we wanted to explore, and also near markets where we could get food to cook for ourselves. Since we prefer to cook most of the time and eat out rarely, this was well suited to our needs. The kitchen was well enough appointed, though it would be good if the hotel supplied at least salt and pepper. The off-street parking was helpful, since parking can be a major (and expensive) hassle there. We had asked for a two-bed suite, but they only had two adjoining rooms, each with king beds. This meant the three of us had less room to sit around and converse, but more privacy, and they charged us the same, so on balance it was fine. The several times we asked the desk for information, they were quite helpful. All in all, we would definitely stay there again if we are in Toulouse, and recommend it, especially for those who prefer to cook rather than to eat out all the time.
good stay after initial botherPosted Aug 3, 2012 on Hotels.com
unfortunately the web site when booking- didn't allow me to delete " sofa bed" from special request box..... on arriving in our room- we couldn't find the bedroom- it was a fold out sofa bed with a small mattress. I got the impression from the efficient way the staff dealt with my "room change" request, that this was a common problem but they were very pleasant and helpful- and didn't charge any extra for an upgrade. Thankyou to the receptionist who acted as a translator for appointments. Printing /office facilities down stairs really handy for printing touristy tickets, onsite laundry fantastic. The room kitchenette would be useful for some, supermarket 2 doors away, very short stroll to fantastic eateries, ATM around the cornor. Even though this hotel is on a busy street- room was fairly quiet.
