“We use this hotel frequently”
This hotel is cheap, and you get what you pay for - you get a basic room, but it's clean and fine for an overnight stay. It is within walking distance of the airport terminal, although the route could be a bit difficult if pulling big heavy cases. For those planning to arrive after 9.30pm, make a note of the time in your booking and they keep the check-in desk open for you. They also put up signs outside telling you personally not to use the auto-check-in machine as you will have paid via Expedia already. We'll use it again the next time we go to Toulouse.
“totally satisfactory for the price and location”
it's fine for what it is
“Good hotel for a specific need - but definitely not for tourism”
This hotel is very affordable, very close to the airport, perfect for those short nights when you have to check-in super early with your flight. The hotel is practically at walking distance if you don't have too much luggage -but there is no shuttle service. Rooms are *extremely* simple, think Japanese bee hive hotel, with a design inspired from trucking containers and self cleaning public restrooms. However, they do the job if you need cheap a place to sleep, and want to be at the airport quickly when you get up. They have a breakfast buffet from 5AM (did not try it), we had to leave even earlier! For a "no frills", practical and affordable solution before a flight (or if you get in super late and need to crash), this is a good solution.
“You get what you pay for”
The hotel room was small and basic, bathroom was small and not particularly clean, but beds were commfortable. The room was priced competitively. Very convenient for airport and I would recommend it for single night stay. Would not recommend long stay though - airport noise and cramped space would be off-putting.
“Close to Airport”
We flew in late and flew out early, and the place was very close to airport. We took a cab for 10 Euros because of the bags, but I walked back in the morning to airport to get the rental car. (which saved and extra day of car rental) Right next to McDonald's - so no need to pay for breakfast. Very small and rooms, but good enough for sleeping. Bring your own alarm clock.
“Small but near airport”
Since we had a very early flight it was good to have a hotel near the airport. It was a pricey for what was there. It was very clean and very small. It reminded us a little of staying in submarine. The bathroom though very clean was likened to an airplane bathroom with a shower. There was good security with a locked gate and godd locks on the doors. The people at the front desk were very helpful.
“Can do better in area”
- used iron from hotel staff one morning, then told no iron was available for guests - not good for meetings to have wrinkly shirts.... - walls are a little on the thin side - bring earplugs - soap was not refilled - doubtful that sheets were cleaned - breakfast was meagre, but decent
“Merely a place to rest before getting on a plane”
This hotel is a simple series of self contained rooms--something akin to putting yourself into a locker for the night. There's a bed with a shelf over it (which is a bunk for a 3rd person), a TV, and an all-in-one bathroom unit that's kind of like an airplane bathroom. The lighting is a harsh flourescent. This is a cheap place to crash if you have an early flight -- it's a 1 minute drive to the airport -- but don't expect amenities. The check in was friendly and English speaking. Be sure not to use the automated check in if you're pre-paid through Expedia. The only food nearby is McDonalds. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. There's quite a bit of noise from planes taking off.
“A basic hotel close to the terminal building”
If all you want is a bed and a shower, and don't care about any extra "services" then you might find this hotel meets your needs. It aims at, and certainly achieves, being basic. The plus is that it is within ten minutes walk of the terminal building. A minus is that the hotel is not particularly well soundproofed, so you might hear the flights, nearby roads, neighbours talking on mobiles, and perhaps a morning greeting from a cockerel too.
