Friendly staff.Quiet,close to centre.Posted Jan 22, 2015
Pros: Friendly,helpful staff,from reception to cleaners.Clean and tidy rooms.Quiet.
Hired city bikes that you can find all around the city,we cycled all off road on canal de midi, very cheap and easy.Victor Hugo under cover market is a must for foodies on a Sunday late morning, buy some produce in the market(cured black pig, local speciality) and enjoy a glass or two of wine in the market as the French do,fantastic! We found the people friendly and helpful.Would love to go again in the summer.

An oasis in a questionable neighborhood?Posted Oct 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
In fairness, we arrived late at night and walked from the train station to this hotel after a taxi driver told us it wasn't too far. We were only stopping through for one night on our way to Lourdes so we don't know anything about Toulouse as a city. However, we did encounter MANY homeless people on our short walk from the train station to the hotel sleeping in doorways and on the sidewalks. That was certainly a little off-putting for my 20 year old daughter and myself and we started to wonder if we had picked the wrong place to stay. Our fears were subdued once we turned into the driveway (albeit with a locked gate) of the hotel. We were greeted with a lush garden and fountain. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful and directed us to a little grocery store a couple of doors down where we bought salads and other food items since room service had just ended. The bathroom was small (not a big surprise in Europe) but functional. We walked back to the train station the next morning and could see that Toulouse was older and dirtier (or at least this area) than other towns. However, the hotel itself was wonderful. Maybe just take a taxi and not brave the neighborhood at night like we did!

1 night business stayPosted Oct 10, 2014
Lovely place tucked away from the main road. Well kept, very clean, comfy bed and lovely breakfast. Only downside if at all is that the shower in my room was part of the bath rather than a proper shower. It was okay but not ideal.

Très bon séjour. Le seul bémol est la grandeur du parking.Très difficile de se garer avec une grande voiture.
