Enjoyed our brief stay

Pros: Efficient, friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent pool and delicious food (from an admittedly limited menu).
Cons: More staff in the bar area. The one member of staff was run off her feet (but coped very well).
Location: Airport location.
We booked this hotel at short notice unable to face a long drive to the airport in the middle of the night. Never heard of the hotel chain before but the online reviews were good so we took a chance. It lived up to expectations. Staff were efficient and friendly, particularly the greeter on reception. We were upgraded to a superior room as well. The facilities were also excellent. We enjoyed our brief stay and would visit a Pullman hotel again.

Good thing only there to sleep off jetlag

Restaurant is closed on the weekends, so you can only order pub fare. Staff was not aware of restaurant hours and gave us incorrect information when we checked in. Surrounding neighborhood is under construction and not close to anything.

Nice hotel, poor service in restaurant

I've stayed here before, and the stay this time was as good as the first time. But while we had an excellent experience in the restaurant last time, this time it was a big disappointment. It was not crowded at all, but the service was so slow. The food was good though. But I'll still come back again, as it's conveniently close to the airport, and a nice, affordable hotel.

Not Enough Time to Enjoy

This hotel seems to position itself as a business hotel, though I chose it simply to make catching an early flight easier. Check in took about thirty seconds, as the staff was prepared and efficient. The room was large and clean. All I had time to do was sleep a few hours, then wake up to catch a flight out. This was the largest hotel room I had on my visit, and presented no problems. Breakfast was fine and complete. The hotel is proximate to the airport ( a minute or two), and might not be right if one is looking to explore Toulouse, but in terms of comfort and proficiency, it is top notch. For a business person in Toulouse, I doubt one could do any better.

Pas à la hauteur

Very nice for an airport hotel

Pros: Good location, good treatment, nice room, excellent restaurant/bar.
Cons: The room could have more amenities.
Location: The hotel is close to Toulouse which is an interesting city.
In my experience, which is quite extensive, airport hotels usually suck. This hotel is an exception. We stayed there for one night only and had a great time. The room was good, not luxurious, but the real treat was the restaurant. We had an amazing meal in a very relaxing ambiance. We were very surprised. The whole property is gated (not that we thought we were in any danger) and the treatment was great. We recommend if you are passing through Toulouse and need a place to stay for one night or two.

Overpriced

The hotel was nice enough but over-priced in my opinion for what it was. The room rate was not cheap and did not even include breakfast. I had three showers whilst there and only one of them was hot......not what I expect from a 4 start hotel. I did raise it with reception after the first occurence but that did not stop very cool shower number two. I was however, treated to a hot shower on the final morning! Restaurant overpriced - would not return to this hotel as there is very little close by in terms of other restaurants etc.
