Cons: The A/C did not keep the room cool. Restaurant staff were in a hurry to go home (before the restaurant closing time!!)
Could be better, if the staff were a bit more polite

Pros: Brekkie was good, tho slow in clearing tables.
Cons: Shower mouldy, mini bar stock covered in dust. Water bottles thick with dust as well.
Cleanliness: Grubby, Shower moulymini bar dus;

Pros: Spa bath - would have loved a higher floor suite
Cons: Television didnt work, soap range horrible, no coke zero or sugar free soft drink a in mini bar
Brekky setup was nice in restaurant

Pros: Location
Cons: They knew the a/c was broke and they rented the room to us anyway. We won't stay at Rydges again.
Location: Nice position
Value: a/c broke & they knew; Service: room with a/c broke; The girl at the desk knew about the a/c when we complained about it the next AM, so they rented it to us knowing. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Pros: Quiet and a good view, also the spa was lovely.
Cons: Restaurant closed over the Xmas weekend.
Location: Perfect
Facilities: Modern; Value: Affordable; Service: Remarkable; Cleanliness: Spotless; Close to the cbd.
