Cave Bianche is situated in an old quarry, its attractive buildings made from the tufa stone, which was quarried here. The grounds are attractively landscaped, there is a beautiful pool - and bar - and the staff are solicitous and friendly. Colazione is the standard Italian fare, included in the room price. The two dinners I ate there were excellent - the hotel kitchen knows what is doing and delivers wonderful Sicilian fish and seafood dishes. There is a shuttle service to town and also for ferry pickup and drop off. Given the spontaneity of my booking - and the excellent room price I received - I am a very happy customer! I would love to return….

The hotel is unique and has a lot of potential.. drain in shower plugged. Staff not very friendly . 4 star hotel and no coffee machine, charge for all water, no conditioner no body lotion. Property has no life, no color, no atmosphere. Pool opens late closes early… nothing else to do at the hotel… breakfast was rushed and unfriendly . Would have been nice to have bikes to rent as location is not near anything and not enough to do at the property.

Our overall experience was really good. The hotel amenities are great, modern and clean. Although a bit far from the center, we liked the location (recommend to have bikes, or car to move freely but they do offer a shuttle) as it was close to some of the nicest spots in the island. People at the reception were nice and helpful. The only issue was with the restaurant, as non Italian speakers we felt that the service provided to us was bumpy and sometimes impolite. Also as toiletteries they only offer a shampoo/body wash, in a hotel like this I'd expect more basics like conditioner, body cream the least (I did ask for it but it was not provided). Overall a very nice stay.

Hotel was great. Staff are very friendly and service is great. The only problem was the wifi. Even with 4-5 devices it wasn't reliable (my iphone didn't connect at all the whole trip). They use an unsecured wifi system from 15-20y ago, where you get a card with a 24 hour passcode. Really? I had a Zoom meeting and spent an hour before the meeting making sure everything worked. In this day and age a reliable, secure connection is a requirement, not a luxury.

The hotel is truly original, inside a dismissed quarry. Service was excellent and people at the reception were extremely helpful. The free shuttle to the village centre is very convenient. We had a nice bedroom but noticed that some bedrooms on the ground floor had limited view and privacy.

Very unique location and setting. Minimal design, a little uncomfortable and hard edge but stylish, like a Bond film! I.e: no products in bathroom, only an all purpose bath gel/hand soap . Shuttle picks you up at ferry and center of town. Small island so staff / service not perfect. Breakfast chaotic from 8:00-9:00. Didn’t love food, you can find better in town. (Kamine is fantastic). You can walk to beach, they also have bikes.

Lovely hotel, great staff
The hotel was lovely, modern and unusual. The pool area was fantastic and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Great offering the shuttle service and bike hire from the hotel.

Vacanza molto bella
Conoscevo già la struttura sono ritornata dopo qualche anno. L’ho trovata prima delle vasche idromassaggio ma sempre molto confortevole, tranquilla, rilassante. Struttura molto particolare dal punto di vista architettonico, tornerei sicuramente. Unico neo: aumenterei servizio navetta con il centro di Favignana perché i costi dei taxi sono troppo elevati e la posizione decentrata finirebbe per penalizzare la struttura.

Arrivare in una struttura e scoprire di dormire al piano -3 è già poco confortevole, poi ti fanno la camera accanto alla porta di entrata ed uscita per la piscina ed infine hai il balcone o meglio hai la porta del balcone dove chiunque può entrare!!! La camera minuscola, la pira del bagno che sbatte nel letto, la sedia che non ti permette di muoverti perché toglie il passaggio ovunque la metti. Entri in bagno e scopri che non funziona il phon e che la struttura che ha 50 camere ha solo 4 phon e tutti già imprestati!!!! Quindi non mi danno una soluzione per potermi fare una doccia e shampoo dopo ore di viaggio!!!! Il phon, da viaggio, mi viene consegnato solo il giorno dopo e nonostante avevo messo il “don’t disturb” in mia assenza scopro che sono entrati nella mia camera!!!! Colazione scarsa di quantità, varietà e qualità! Tavoli per la colazione vecchi e molto usurati, bastava una tovaglia a coprire i difetti!!! Infine sono costretta a lasciare la struttura per una emergenza familiare e solo a fine prenotazione ricevo una email preconfezionata dalla struttura che spera che il soggiorno sia andato bene. Neppure la decenza di evitare, non dico che dovevano chiedermi come andava!!!

Location molto interessante, gradevole la continuità degli arredi interi con l’ambiente circostante. Scarsa la fornitura di prodotti per l’igiene personale. Colazione accettabile, ma basso l’assorbimento in particolare dei cibi salati. Migliorabile il collegamento con il centro del paese, pressoché impossibile se non si è dotati di un proprio mezzo di locomozione.

Il luogo è veramente bello, con una piscina grande e spaziosa, il bar e ristorante accanto con la possibilità di mangiare. La mia stanza era una tripla grande con un bagno grande, doccia bellissima, pulizia ok, design ok, comfort ok. Personale gentilissimo sempre, paziente e disponibile!!! La posizione dell’hotel va bene ma solo se si hanno dei mezzi come bicicletta o scooter perché a piedi è un po’ lontanuccio, soprattutto la sera è tutto al buio.

Fantastico ,ma attenti all'attesa x la colazione!
Bellissima struttura all'interno delle cave dismesse. Navetta gratuita da/per il porto. Personale gentilissimo, stanza basic un pò piccolina ma con tutti i confort. Colazione in teoria fantastica. Si ordina tutto quello che vuoi il giorno prima con tantissima scelta di ogni genere. Peccato i 40 minuti di attesa con solo un bicchiere d'acqua che non sono da hotel 4*. Organizzandosi meglio sarebbe stato perfetto.

La struttura è sicuramente bellissima. Stanze ampie e pulite, piscina e ristorante. L'unico neo è stata la colazione molto lenta e la connessione internet scarsa e che scade a mezzanotte del giorno del check out (quindi ultima notte e mattina senza)

Hotel che si merita tutte le 4 stelle. Pur avendo soltanto una camera standard era spaziosa e comoda. Staff eccezionale! Un grazie speciale a Veronica e Rino della reception. Ristorante fantastico! Complimenti allo Chef cucina sublime! ed al maitre si sala per la gentilezza ed i preziosi consigli e all'accoglienza speciale che ci riservava tutte le sere!

Un mix tra Base Lunare Alfa e Terme di Caracalla!
L'hotel è indubbiamente molto suggestivo, direi unico nel suo genere. E' un mix tra Base Lunare Alfa di Spazio 1999 (quelli della mia generazione se la ricorderanno..) e le Terme di Caracalla. I vialetti fioriti e pieni di essenze profumate sono davvero magnifici. La piscina circondata di melograni è molto bella, così come le 4 vasche d'idromassaggio seminascoste tra gli alberi di fico. La colazione e la cena sono assolutamente di alta qualità, così come la cordialità del personale e del servizio in genere. La pulizia è super. Il luogo è decentrato e tranquillo, ma comunque a 4 minuti di auto dal centro. Volendo trovare una pecca, manca qualche struttura ricreativa per passare il tempo nei giorni di pioggia.

Il miglior hotel di Favignana
Ho soggiornato presso questo hotel per la seconda volta poiché la prima mi ero trovato molto bene. L'esperienza positiva è stata assolutamente riconfermata. Location splendida, servizio gentile e disponibile (c'è anche la navetta gratuita per il centro del paese). Molto bella la nuova zona piscina, con idromassaggio e bar. Deliziosa e abbondante la colazione. Se avete la possibilità, provate anche il ristorante. Sicuramente torneremo.
