We had a beachfront unit on which was very comfortable. Very quiet resort with extremely dedicated staff. Within walking distance to 10 restaurants, massage and minimart. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely very comfortable bungalow bed very comfy great staff apart from one morning the big lady in breakfast was coughing and chokeing very off putting herring that in the kitchen great pool but towards end of my stay became very dirty and could not go in it this was upsetting as was last 2 days end of my holiday and couldn't use the pool

What!!! No Internet
The place was really nice although it lacked two things. Firstly my seaview bungalow had 0 internet.The internet was only available around the office. Secondly the beach had no sand. If you wanted to swim you had to wear foot protection or risk getting cut on the sharp rocks in the water

Lovely Quiet Friendly Resort
Excellent Resort - Check in was very easy and friendly with a welcome drink, The room was clean and spacious with good working Air Con and a little fridge. There is a lovely pool which is not far from the rooms. The little dock area with the hamocks is lovely and gives a great sunset spot. The sandy part of the beach is small and narrow with lovely rocky area to explore when the tide is out. The Breakfast was standard however the Evening meals were exceptional and you have the choice of sitting outside on a veranda area or inside if its a bit windy. Altogether a lovely quiet resort.

Friendly staff and lovely cleaners
Nice pool but unable to swim at beach as there is no sand and need to get a taxi or motorbike to access a beach. Good breakfast but restaurant a bit expensive. A relaxing time spent but a little isolated for me.

Hotel and staff were generally good, the only issue I had was my bungalow A3 had a dangerous balcony and termites had eaten away the bearers and one of the posts so was a bit scary to sit on

When we checked in we were told the sea view bungalow we paid extra for was not available. The rather unfriendly owner said you booked on line last evening as if we were at fault. More often l only book one night rather than getting a substandard room for my entire stay.

Okay for the price
The bungalows are very tired looking and need renovation, loose taps, dirty grout, clingfilm on the lampshades... a little bit of work would make a huge difference. The resort itself is under construction with a new large house on the beach but noise wasn't really a problem. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was okay and the pool area is clean.

PLeasant resort
Not a big selection of restaurants near by but you Can catch a bus to the next village. A very steep hill to the road though. Lovely grounds.

First we ordered a sea view bungalow but the condition of ths was not the greates with noicy aircondition and safe not working. Hard for the staff to get it working. Upgraded to premium bungalow for 200 Baht extra and was happy with that. Breakfast was boring but OK. Its not possible to swim at the beach close to the resort. The resort looks and feels amazing apart from that. Close enough to the action in a small village for surfers close by even though it seems to be far away from the center

Wonderful Bailan Beach Resort.
We booked this resort for four nights and we are still here after 13 nights. it is a very friendly resort and has a comfortable feel. The staff are very friendly. If something is not right just tell them and it will be sorted. We will be coming back.

En bra resort lugnt, renlig och trevlig personal. Badstranden skaplig och frukosten okej men inga grönsaker eller pålägg. Kaffet inte gott och oftast kallt.

Personnel ne parlant pas l’anglais une honte pour la réception on avait réservé un scooter pas tenu compte obligé de louer ailleurs photos trompeuses pour la plage devant les bengalow bidon impossible de se baigner pas du tout à la hauteur de nos espérances en plus le prix ne correspond pas au tarifs de la Thaïlande en gros très décevant

très beau resort, bien aménagé avec tout le confort nécessaire à de bel vacances. Le personnel est à l'écoute de vos besoins et font tout en leur possible pour répondre à vos besoins. Retirer sans être isoler, parfait pour la tranquillité. De plus il est très facile de se déplacer sur l'île avec les tuk tuk à prix abordable. De belle plage à proximité pour la baignade. La piscine de l'hôtel est magnifique, et bien aménagé. Un coin massage à la piscine pour un service de qualité est un plus. Le wifi dans les aires communes n'est pas optimum.

Stämmer inte alls med det som vi upplevde att vi bokade. Vi visste att det var stenar i vattnet men inte att dom var sylvassa så det gick inte och bada. Stugan luktade kiss, sängen var lika hård som en stenplatta. Vi bad om en mjuk madrass och fick 4 tunna filtar. Så vi gick och köpte 2 luftmadrasser och bäddade med. Absolut inte barnvänligt. Sängkläderna helt sönderslitna, handdukarna stora hål i. Safeboxen sitter inte fast i skåpet. Allt väldigt slitet. Mögel i taket. Marina D och Christer

Ruhige lage
Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Kindern gereist und haben in Bailan Beach ein Bungalow gemietet.nicht sehr groß,aber man hält sich eh nicht viel im Zimmer auf.die Veranda gibt im übrigen zusätzlichen Raum.die Kinder konnten sich auf der Anlage frei bewegen und hatten ihren Spaß.

Fixk ett hemskt dåligt bemötande av en personal vid ankomst. Annars var all personal väldigt trevliga. Bra frukost ocu mat i restaurangen. Hotellet är i bättre skick än vad det ser ut på bilderna. Skulle rekommendera!

Helhetsintrycket var bra. Tyvärr lite mycket myror på rummet, personalen var dock där snabbt med myrspray med tillhörande doft. Bra pool för barnen.

チャーン島
初めてのチャーン島でした。海水浴をするには、ビーチが少ないので、海を眺める方にはオススメです。ホテルは、お湯が少量しか出なかった。ただ、古いながらも清潔にはしてありました。

Bästa hotellet på koh mak
Hotellet ligger lite långt bort, ej direkt promenadavstånd till alternativ restaurang, men personalen är hjälpsam så att åka härifrån är inga problem, sen kan man återvända till denna oas. Helt klart mest prisvärda på denna ö! Jättegod mat!

Hyfsat hotellrum för pengarna. ( Bodde i juniorsvit/rum ) Trevlig personal. Väldigt tyst område. Måste hyra skoter/ ta taxi till strand då det inte går att bada vid hotellet. Trevlig lummig trädgård. Frukost ok, men inte mer.

Fint hotell område med vacker trädgård och fin strand. Stranden var inte så trevlig att bada i som den var fin att se på, stenig botten. Poolen trevlig dock lite slitna möbler. Bra mat och hyfsat bra pris, väldigt trevlig personal. Bättre än förväntat!

I det stora hela ett bra hotell, fint område nära havet. Det som måste förbättras är hotellets Va system. Dåligt fungerande varmvatten när man duchar ,lösa tvättställsblandare och lukt från avlopp.Kan man förbättra detta så blir hotellet mycket bra.

We had a great stay there. The place is really quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is great. Staff is nice and helpful. There is books that you can borrow which is very convenient. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We recommend this place to anybody who want a quiet place for a good rest.
