caution when booking on line.Posted Sep 27, 2013
Cons: complete restaffing....
Location: Traverse City great destination. Great variety of wine vinyards to visit. beatiful water.
We booked a room with a king bed, jacuzzi and deck overlooking Grand Traverse Bay. The room had a balcony barley big enough for two people to stand. the view of the bay was only if you leaned out over the railing and peeked around the building, even that was very limited.. When I voiced my displeasure to the desk attendant I was told that a limited view room was common practice when booking is made on line. I told him I had called the hotel in advance to be sure of the accomodation. Bayshore Resort is a no, no. Holiday Inn one block down. Three times better.

Great location!Posted Jun 24, 2012
Pros: Located on the beach.
Cons: No coffee in the room
We loved the location - right on the beach! We found the shower stall extremely small, but otherwise o.k. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room, instead of having to go to the front desk and ask for coffee. We liked having free wireless internet.

"Peaceful"Posted Mar 24, 2010
March was a great month to stay at the Bayshore Resort. It was quite, peaceful, and my husband & I felt like we had the place to ourselves. The staff as well as, other guests were very kind.
