Good Accomodations

Posted Apr 18, 2015
Pros: The staff was very friendly.
Cons: Beds
Location: A great location near to down town, tourist opportunities, & the beach.
For a few nights away from home it was a good stay. The beds were a little lumpy, but the rest of the accommodations were very nice.

Great experience

Posted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: The staff and then the cleanliness of the rooms, halls and grounds.
Cons: Nothing
Location: It was my first time in Traverse City, so we dined at some of the best local restaurants and injoyed the Sleeping Bear Dunes
Frendly staff, I mean all staff I came in contact with had great attitudes and were always asking me if there was anything they could do for me. From the outside of the hotel to the inside of the hotel everything was very well kept.

Very average.

The room walls were paper thin. We could easily hear conversations in the next room, almost as if there were no wall. Price of the room was cheap. Morning breakfast in the lobby was fine and replenished well.

TV remote

Posted Apr 9, 2015
Pros: temperature of room very comfortable
Cons: clear directions about the method of turning "on" and "off" the television [which buttons to push on the remote].
Everything was great with the minor exception of the tv remote -- after we turned the remote "off" we couldn't get the picture to turn back on when wanting to view the tv the following morning [sound only].

Lack of quality

Posted Apr 2, 2015
I have stayed at many Country Inn and Suites and this one did not meet their standards. Very old motel with a failed attempt to update. Disappointing at the least!
