Great rooms, amenities and comfortPosted Nov 12, 2013
Pros: Clean, comfortable, modern, jacuzzi tub in room at additional cost, pool/hot tub and weight room
Cons: Even though they offer a cafe, I still would have liked a continental breakfast of some sort that was complimentary.
Location: Across the street from the mall and maybe 10 min from downtown TC. Pretty close to whatever you need to get to in TC, though not on "the strip"
Booked this room during the Iceman Mtb race that happens the first weekend in Nov every year in TC. It was dramatically less expensive than those on the "strip" and my wife and I were immediately pleased with the modern accommodations. Our room featured a comfortable king bed and jacuzzi tub, a very nice addition to a racing weekend. The fridge, though a bit tricky to get going, kept all our stuff cold for the duration of our stay and we had ample room for all our luggage including 2 bikes and all my racing goods. There is a 24 hour Starbucks in the hotel, a nice touch for those that appreciate good albeit expensive coffee, and a cafe if you need a snack at any time. We wished a continental breakfast was included, but no big deal as the cafe is in the lobby and we have our own breakfast spots in town regardless. Overall, a very nice stay and I would imagine we'll be back soon.

Pros: Clean, new, bar, Starbucks.
Location: Mall right across the street. Less than a 15 minute drive to downtown Traverse City.
The hotel was not only very clean, the staff was absolutely outstanding. Everyone was very nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I would 100% stay there again.

repeated staysPosted Sep 9, 2013
My husband and I stay here when we are in the area, which is rather frequently these days. It isn't the cheapest place to stay, but worth the little extra money. It is very clean. The staff is friendly (we are always checking in very late) And the rooms are quiet and comfortable, even when your room is right next to the elevator. And when you do arrive late at night you can still get a cold beer or a snack. There's also a pool I wouldn't mind swimming in if I had the time.

prices too high for the quality of the hotel.Posted Sep 3, 2013
We paid too much for a Saturday night stay. The bathroom had hair in it the bathtub. No breakfast was available.

Traverse City Microbrew Music Festival GetawayPosted Aug 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel was so close to the festival site and yet it was a bit off the main drag which was nice. I was thrilled to be able to book a king size Jacuzzi suite for the same price as a king room. We will definitely be staying here again next year!

Pleasantly surprised!!!Posted Aug 26, 2013
Pros: Modern, clean, spacious, friendly staff
Cons: Pool wasn't huge.
Location: Plenty of restaurants and kids activities nearby. Very close to downtown.
We recently stayed here for a trip to sleeping near dunes and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very modern and looked brand new. The rooms were very big and even though we had two adults and two kids in one room it did not seem crowded. The staff was helpful and pleasant and gave us some good ideas for what to do around town on our last day. The kids loved the pool and they even have Starbucks available in their cafe. For the price it was a great choice and we definitely will stay again next trip.
