Extremely nice hotel for the price. I would definitely stay at the Park Place again. It is high class at a reasonable rate with a fine dining restaurant. I did not inquire but have the feeling that this hotel has some neat history about it.

“Fantastic Stay”

I have never stayed by myself before and this was fantastic. My king size bed was very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant. I loved the fact that it was more of a historic hotel. The feel was right for me. I had dinner in the restaurant below and had a wonderful walleye dinner and a great glass of wine. I would definitely go back.

“Relax in Traverse City”

The hotel has a lot of "old world charm". The rooms are very comfortable and clean. It is just a short walk - 2 blocks - to a beautiful sandy shore with a great family beach for swimming, sunning, and boating. Close to many, many restaurants with al venues of dining. We also enjoyed their indoor pool and exercise room.

“Not a cookie-cutter hotel experience”

The Park Place is your only choice for a downtown hotel in Traverse City so the location is great unless you want to be on the beach. This hotel was built before the homogenization of the lodging experience so this hotel has character. It is old but the room I stayed was well maintained.

Hotel is within walking distance to all downtown shops, restaurants, bars and fun. Hotel is very nice,comfortable rooms, good bar and helpful staff. Highly recommend it.

Friendly service, clean, comfortable rooms, nice decor, great location, and we enjoyed having drinks in the tower overlooking the bay. We would definitely go back.
