They had a very nice bar happy hour everyday. The indoor pool could have been a lot warmer. Overall very nice place.

We enjoyed our stay, clean and very nice staff. Only issue was the drunks arriving to their room next to ours at 1:30am yelling in the hallway. We may not stay again. We figured having a restaurant onsite would be great. Didn't think about the loud drunks from the restaurant having rooms in our hall

This property was amazing for a birthday getaway. The hotel is very clean, the pool and hot tub area were perfect and nice a quiet. The breakfast was great with eggs, sausage, yogurts, cereal, several types of loaf breads, bagels, English muffins, and at least 3 different types of toast, juice, milk and coffee were available as well. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Colleen, she simply went above and beyond and made our stay memorable!!!

My room was across from a maintenance room. A very loud buzzing/humming noise all night all. Made it difficult to sleep.

We really liked the hotel, room was spacious and clean, the lobby was inviting, liked that it had a restaurant bar attached. The continental breakfast could have had more choices.

We stayed in a king suite with a jacuzzi tub. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff at the front desk helped us quite a bit, between needing bandaids and spoons. Despite having a DJ on Saturday night you couldn’t hear it from the room which was nice. Check in and out was a breeze, and the walk out deck was a very unique feature. It’s like right on the beach…unfortunately it’s cold outside so we weren’t able to make much use of that but we’re going to be back.

Parkshore has very nice rooms, beds are a bit harder than I like. However the convenience too of having a bar/restaurant down stairs is wonderful. Staff in hotel and restaurant are great. We ended up in a room where TV did not work and they conveniently moved us to a new room, of course this time of year Parkshore was not super busy.
