Tv not working and bathroom light had issues. Beds were in good shape. AC was not good. Room was cold for 30sec when AC is on, but sweaty when AC turned off automatically . Frustrating!

Rooms were clean: towels left were folded wet and only 2 sets. One unfolded and wet.. noises and a lot of people hanging in parking lot over night.. would not stay there alone or alone with children

We stayed a Friday night after a visit at Six Flags. It was sufficient for our needs. It was clean and I felt safe there. Convenient location with eating options nearby. Checked in late around 11pm and had no issues. Front desk personnel during check in and checkout not particularly friendly but did their job.

I was going to Six flags & found this hotel for my family. This was the only hotel in the area who was offering 2 Queen beds. I paid way over what the surrounding hotels were askjng because I was happy to get 2 Queen beds but upon arriving at the hotel I found out it was a Lie. They charged me for two queen beds but gave the regular Full beds which every other hotel was offering at much lower price in that area. Even the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The bed makes the weird noise everytime you turn. I couldn't sleep all night and my back was hurting a lot in the morning.The bathroom door doesn't lock. The microwave was so cheap. The plate inside the microwave keeps getting off from it's place. When I asked to speak to the manager, the girl at the front desk told me that the manager is coming at 1.00 pm & he will give us a call back. I waited until 5.00 PM. Nobody called back. Then I called back & told my story to another person that I was expecting a call from the manager & then ask to speak to the manager. He put me on hold for 15 minutes and then cut the phone on me. No manager ever called back. I'm so furious how these hotel chains lie & sell you something on higher price without providing you the service which was promised & then managers don't even have the coutesy to call back or even take the phond call from the customers to clarify. I would never recommend Red Roof Inn hotel to anyone! Extremely disappointed!!!

Long list of unacceptable things! Dirt and mold in the A/C unit. Bed sheets stained! Bathroom was gross!! Floor in bathroom dirty. Shower mold all over. 2 towels that’s it for 2 people. Very dark room.. Up till 2 am with the noise coming from the room next door. Just a horrible experience.. if it wasn’t for the rain I would have left. Oh the best part of this the phone was pulled out of the wall so we could not call the front desk which was to far away!! I have pictures of this disaster!!!! 000 stars!!!!

Got in late . Checked in tired from a long day. Get to our room. The blow dryer didn't work and the ac didn't work. The plug to the ac was burnt out and apparently effected all outlets in the room. Go to front desk and they gave us another room no problem. That room had everything that worked but there was squished bugs in the walls around the room.
