Trenton stay.

Posted Apr 17, 2015
Cons: I would say there are some cosmetic improvements that could be made, especially the bathroom.
Location: There are many sites to see in and around the town. You will have to drive a short distance for some of them. The town has few things to do.
We were happy and comfortable with our stay at the Trenton, Ga Days Inn. We have stayed there twice, and if we were in the area again we would stay there.

Excellent Value

Posted Mar 28, 2015
Location: Easy drive to Cloudland Canyon!
Easy check in and out. The room was very spacious and had been updated/redecorated recently. It was great to have the convenience of a refrigerator and microwave. The location was very easy to find off Highway 52.

Cheap and convenient

Posted Jan 20, 2015
Pros: The room was crazy cheap and completely loaded with the usual amenities.
Cons: Everything in our bags had to be washed because of the cigarette smoke, even though we were only there for about 9 hours.
Location: We were in town for an event at Cloudland Canyon. Loved the Canyon Grill. Make reservations. It's BYOB and a dry county, so plan ahead.
Mistakenly reserved a Smoking Room. Staff would have happily rectified my mistake but the hotel was sold out. It wias perfectly clean and had everything we needed, but the smell was awful. Interestingly, the rooms on either side of us had signs saying they were Non-Smoking Rooms. I can't imagine those rooms escape the creeping smoke.

Convenient right of the exit

Posted Aug 10, 2014
Cons: Our room had a few fleas I think the pet rooms should be seperate from the others.
We were just passing thru on our way home. It's a nice place but we didn't get to use the pool this time.

Adequate for an overnight

Posted Aug 6, 2014
Hotel is adequate. Clean room, carpet appears to be new. Toilet did not flush well, always had to flush several times. Breakfast listed as 6am to 10 am on brochure in room. When I went to the lobby at 0920 the attendant had just completed putting away breakfast. His explanation, "That is the old time." No apology.

Friendly Staff but facilities need work

Posted May 29, 2014
The wifi didn't not work . The tub drain did not close for bathing . You could only shower. Some light bulbs did not work. The continental breakfast had very limited options. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Place to sleep and take a shower...

Posted May 23, 2014
It served its purpose of being a place to sleep and take a shower while.on our road trip. In a "non smoking" room it smelled like an ash tray, even the linens and towels smelled of smoke. The lobby where the boxes of cereal and coffee pot were stationed had no a\c or even a fan for air circulation. It was quite stagnant. I was also charged a higher rate than the price I had booked... I wasnt sticking around to figure out why. If you just need a place to sleep, it will suffice. Otherwise go somewhere else.

Poor.

Posted May 18, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Cleaner rooms, better maintenance of building, considerable improvement/quality of food.
Hotel old and dingy, poorly maintained. Rooms not thoroughly cleaned. Continental breakfast sparse. Poor quality food.
