“Alright”

The room was ok, the TV channels were slim pickings, the breakfast was plain bagels and butter and cream cheese

“Good inexpensive hotel.”

I rented two rooms as we were visiting family. The hotel was filled with wonderful gentlemen from all over the country there to help out with the aftermath of Sandy. I hope they all get to go home for Thanksgiving.

“Maintenance issues”

The door to the bathroom sticks in the frame and can't close. The sink does not have a stopper. The bed sheets were very rinkled and short for the bed. The front door security lock did not work. The AC sounded like and airplane landing and blew directly at the bed with no adjustment. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable.

“bugs”

Two words to sum up: BED BUGS. Overall an ok motel, friendly and helpful staff. Maybe we got unlucky with the room, but we found lots of those little creatures in the morning. :(

“not impressed at all”

The room looked like it was falling apart. It smelled horribly and their were cockroaches crawling in the rooms.

“Awful.”

One of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. It stunk, the carpet was wet with who knows what, the pillows were falling apart, the comforter was filthy. Our clothes stunk through the next day, until we took them off. That's how bad the stink was. The outside door into the hall had a lock, but it was broken. Anybody could have walked in off the street. Don't stay there.

“Econo lodge is too dirty for using.”

The room was dirty. The carpet had black stains about 5 - 10 inches long all over. The lamps shades were cracked, the bed blankets had tears in them- very large tears. I actually slept on top of the covers, that's how bad it was. I only stayed since I was really tired. I have pictures since it's really hard to believe this company allows any owner to put a room like this up for use. The very odd thing is, there is nothing in the rooms like, hair blower, ironing board etc. You have to go to the front desk and leave $20.00 cash to get one of these and return it to the front desk for your money. This hotel is an embarassement. Shame on them. ( I will download the pictures from my blackberry-)
