Very unfriendly reception staff!

Very unfriendly staff who speak next to no English (night porter was friendly enough). Supermarket next door but keeps odd hours. No restaurant in hotel and the closest one open on a Monday evening was a 1000m walk along an extremely busy main road. Musty and dated room, with towels as soft as sandpaper! Constant road noise outside hotel. If your booking a hotel to be close to Treviso airport, pick one in Treviso town, where you will have more restaurant choices etc., as all taxis to the airport have a fixed fee of 19 Euro's one way!

Good Value if you are want to go to Venice but don't want to pay the high prices

Nice hotel overall, some of the rooms need some upgrade but the staff was absolutely superb. They bent over backwards to help even after we checked out on our last day. Because we had a very late flight from Treviso (9:55 PM) they allowed us to use an empty room to change clothes and freshen up after we had spent the day in Venice... Very considerate!!! The bus stop from Treviso to Venice was 200 meters away and cost 3.50 Euro each way. The bus ran every 1/2 hour on the weekend and every 15 mins during the week and takes you right to Pl de Roma - the main terminal. No need to stay in Venice, it was only 30 mins away. Further, the local town, Treviso is also worth a look. Beautiful churches, great shopping, excellent meals at a fraction of the cost of Venice. All in all, a good value for people transiting Venice as we did (cruise embarkation/debarkation point) or anyone looking for a way to reduce their costs in Venice. I would recommend this hotel
