Great hotel and great value

Posted Dec 10, 2014
Cons: Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Some English language channels on the tv would be nice.
Location: Great to walk into the old town and enjoy the café society at its' best.
Stayed there when we came to see the Northampton Saints play Treviso. A 20 minute stroll from the railway station. Very modern, clean, comfortable and well run hotel. Being British we do like our tea and it would have been nice to have had tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Similarly (with English being the international language for most travellers) there were no English language channels on the tv. Some travellers seem to be professional moaners and some comments on Trip Adviser are silly in the extreme. This was a very good hotel and my wife and I would certainly stay there again. We found nothing to fault it.

Good comfortable hotel

Posted Dec 10, 2014
Pros: Very comfortable and clean.
Cons: We would have liked tea / coffee making facilities in the room - bit minor point.
Location: City well worth a visit. Plenty of places to eat although booking is advisable.
Stayed 4 nights and were very pleased. Hotel was busy but we didn't find it noisy. Rooms very good. Italian only TV channels but that didn't bother us. 20 minute walk to the train and bus stations. Short walk then into the city which was lively with plenty of places to eat.

Felt very welcome

Posted Dec 8, 2014
Pros: Fantastic staff, especially the evening barman
Cons: Room was a bit stuffy and there were very limited electrical points - only 1 behind the TV unless you unplugged it or the fridge!
Location: Great for Venice and Verona, but a lovely town in its own right
I was at the hotel as part of a group of travelling rugby fans. Although the hotel isn't in the centre of Treviso, it's an easy 15 minute walk to the train station (for Venice) And the town centre. The airport is also nearby. The staff were great, particularly the evening barman, who couldn't do enough for us. I would certainly stay again, but beware, if you open the windows at night, it is quite noisy with a main road at the front of the hotel and the nearby motorway.

Ottimo!

Excellent hotel, perfect for Venito area

Posted Oct 7, 2014
Pros: Near the airport at Treviso, only 5 minutes in a taxi, but no noise from the airport at all. Modern, high standard, central location, bus outside door
Cons: I asked for an extra chair in our room, which came immediately. Foyer was being redecorated while we were there, not an inconvenience, looked great.
Location: Bus stop outside the hotel into Treviso, less than 5 minutes, or to Venice 30 mins. Rail link to Padua, Verona etc very good. Hire car for Feltre, wow
This was our second time at this hotel, we had an excellent 7 nights stay. Beautiful modern hotel, friendly staff who could not do more, offering help, maps etc. There is a good restaurant, and bar and a swimming pool and fitness area, as well as a massage and beauty therapy studio which I took advantage of. The hotel is modern, classy, spacious and friendly 5 minutes from Treviso airport. Rooms were big enough, with a clean shower room. The breakfast had a huge selection of cereals, meats, fruits, breads, cakes and cooked items. Comfortable room, clean and airy with quiet air-conditioning. Plenty of seating in foyer areas, with a range of newspapers, the New York Times being the only English language one.The bus stop is right infront of the hotel, easy to get into Treviso or into Venice, tickets at cafe next door, which also does wonderful coffee. Great rail links, we went to Padua on our last stay, and this time to Feltre, a beautiful medieval town. Treviso itself is charming. Lots of canals give a wonderful character to the town, and cobbled streets, ancient churches, painted buildings all give a feeling of history. Yet Treviso is also up to date, with lots of modern designer shops, an incredible fish market and fruit market and a general market twice a week. Friendly people in shops and cafes. My husband struck up a conversation with a shopkeeper, and we were invited that evening to a concert in a nearby town, they took us there and back and could not have been nicer.
