Good morning, I don't share your judgment terrible service, I can't understand what you are referring to, you arrived at 22.30 in the evening, in the morning you had breakfast and we said goodbye. I do not understand.

Non condivido questa recensione, abbiamo atteso fino alle ore 23,45 di sera, consegnato una camera famigliare con bagno turco e cromoterapia nuovo e camera con arredamento nuovo di mq. 30+ 5 di bagno colazione dolce e salato al mattino alle ore 10 servizio eccellente, tutto questo ad un prezzo ottimo non riesco a capire cosa vogliono queste persone. grazie

Let's begin with the room. We needed a room that could accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. Our room was designed for a double bed. Two cot type beds were crammed in to the point that we could not open the patio door or the get into the closet or mini fridge, and the bathroom door open only as far as one of the beds. The staff, which was listed as multilingual spoke very little English which made requesting anything very rough (google translate is a must). The air in the cramped room could not be adjusted the staffs response was open a window. We requested a larger room as was told the room was large enough we would have left but the rate was non refundable so we had to suffer in a very hot cramped room. The staff as you can imagine seemed to care very little about the comfort of their guest. I definitely would not recommend anyone ever stay at this hotel. The food at the restaurant was ok we ate there the first night for dinner but sought better options elsewhere. I definitely will not bring my family there again

Good morning from Hotel Ca'Bianca, unsatisfactory because, cherry-colored room furnished with double bed and two single beds 26 sqm + terrace of sqm. 16 I think it's a great family room, they asked for a bigger room we got a family attendant or wanting a mq apartment. 100 but wanted to spend only the price of the family room without breakfast, it is not possible they booked a family room with bathroom and terrace from the description of the portal with all the exact descriptions, the air conditioner works from the afternoon because it is centralized, i understand what they want these people, the problem was another they did wrong booking they wanted a hotel near the sea but we are 50 km far and so they were directed to venice iesolo and more. I do not understand their complaints, our hotel has rooms with exact description and more. thank you

Late arrival at Treviso airport and stayed open on reception for me as I advised them of late arrival. then closed up and locked doors despite advertising 24 hour reception. I was only person in hotel first night and 2 others on the next. No iron or ironing board so bought one from diy shop. Breakfast great. No staff spoke English which I found surprising as a business hotel. Generally nice hotel but a bit in the middle of nowhere.

Pick somewhere closer to Venice!
This hotel and restaurant was like a ghost town. In the two days we stayed there we saw no other guests or people eating in the restaurant. It was very strange and eerie. The hotel has a weird smell and although it was comfortable enough the staff could barely understand a word of English, something all other hotels we stayed at had managed to cover well enough. I also was under the impression the staff we did see were either bored beyond belief or really didn't want to be there.

Meh hotel
It was fine - not many (any?) other guests, no free wifi - €3 per hour. Evening meal was good but breakfast basically consisted of lots of different sweet cakes. Fine if you are indulgent but not exactly healthy.

this room was sooo small that placing our carryon luggage on the floor blocked entry to the room. We had to lift the stroller over the bed to put it next to the bed so we could all get into the room. What a joke of a room. I've seen closets bigger then this.

Hello I am the manager of the Hotel, (what I write people must read carefully) I spoke in person with the lady and she told me that she is not happy with the breakfast, I replied that the breakfast we prepared with bread biscuits jams butter fruit juices briosch, cakes from our restaurant 6 types of desserts we prepared salty, I think a breakfast is more than satisfactory, he replied that in Holland there are frankfurters, eggs, bacon, omellettes and many other things, I replied that all those things are paid, for the price he paid you can't have that you want, the room of 22 square meters with a terrace of 16 square meters, bano of 5 square meters I think it is a room with double bed + beds for 2 children is quite satisfactory, I do not understand what this lady wants. thank you the direction

Zimmer war sehr sauber, neu eingerichtet und für 4 Personen ausreichend Für 4 Personen mit sogar 2 richtigen Betten, keine Ausziehcouch Frühstück war angemessen mit großer Auswahl Personal von der Art her Gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber trotzdem freundlich. WLAN hat leider nicht funktioniert

dicevano che la camera era per la coppia...
Ho prenotato all' hotel ca'bianca a istrana una camera doppia e letto matrimoniale al nostro arrivo ci hanno dato una camera con un letto da 110cm e l occorrente era  per una sola persona. Siamo andati a riferire il problema alla reception e loro, in maniera scortese, ci hanno comunicato che é una camera per la coppia e il letto è un" letto alla francese". L' albergatore ha proposto di fare cambio stanza con un'altra coppia spostando questi ultimi nella nostra ma non era sicuro, ovviamente, nella risposta positiva in quanto "rendo felici voi e loro....". Per evitare problemi abbiamo deciso di lasciare cosi la situazione. Essendo il31dicembre  non sapevamo dove andare quindi siamo rimasti ma non ci sono venuti incontro su nulla. Il giorno dopo vedendoci stanchi ci hanno chiesto come abbiamo trascorso la notte,immaginando la nostra risposta, non ci hanno fatti ribadire dicendo che tanto era una stanza per "fidanzati". per loro la camera era doppia e basta..non ho parole e vogliono ragione anche non avendola

Buona Qualita'
Hotel di ottima qualita', specie le camere superior, con sauna e doccia emozionale. L'hotel e' ben gestito da personale simpatico e alla mano, la colazione e' abbondante e curata. Letti molto comodi, piccola tv lcd, possibilita' di cenare nel ristorante attiguo. Kit ciabatte, spazzolino da denti e lametta per la barba in camera nella superior.

Das sollte man sich gut überlegen
In keinster weise zu empfehlen. So wie die Abholung am Flughafen nicht geklappt hat, hat sich der gesamte Aufenhalt erwiesen. Zum Schluss wollten Sie uns noch übers Ohr hauen. In dem Sie das Geld nach dem wir Bar bezahlt hatten auch noch von der Kreditkarte abgezogen haben. Nach einigem hin und her und mit Drohung eines Rechtsanwaltes haben, wir das doppel bezahlte Geld wieder zurückbekommen. Das Hotel liegt sehr außerhalb an einer Landstr. in den Ort sind es ca. 1,5 km, hier gibt es Einkehrmöglichkeiten und eine super leckere Eisdiele. Das einzig gute ist man kommt recht günstig mit der Bahn nach Venedig

God hotel med venlig betjening.
Hotellet var svær at finde og langt fra Venedig. Offentlig transport var dårlig. Hotellets personale var meget venlige og værelserne var nyrenoverede. Godt hotel med knap så god placering.

Rinnovato
Un bell' hotel, recentemente ristrutturato con personale molto cordiale. Scrivania ampia per cui si puo' lavorare al pc di sera senza problemi. Si cena bene e la colazione e' ricca di torte, pasticcini, yogurth e quant'altro, volendo si puo anche chiedere una spremuta d'arancia o frutta fresca. In loco e' possibile chiedere un upgrade a camere piu confortevoli e ampie se disponibili.

Alles super bis auf die ältere Dame
Alles an dem Hotel war fantastisch! Nur die Umgebung war etwas öde! Die Arbeiter waren alle freundlich..Nur eine ältere Dame kam unsymphatisch rüber..Sie hat immer so komisch geguckt und man hat Angst vor ihr bekommen!

Hotel sám o sobě příjemný - čisto a útulno. Problém jsme měli s komunikací a vstřícností, ale co jiného cekat od Itala, když na něj mluvím anglicky. Muj problem byl v tom, že moje potvrzeni od hotels.com obsahovalo informaci "V ceně: včetně snídaně", zatím ootvrzeni recepčního obsahovalo "Breakfest excluded". Po půl hodině, kdy už byl recepční rudý a nadskakoval (angličtinu vzdal už asi po 15 minutách), jsem rezignoval já a snídani si doplatil.

Je m'attendais à avoir un mini bar, un coffre fort, un balcon comme ce qu'il y avait écrit dans le descriptif des chambres de l'hôtel. Mais rien de tout ça. Dommage...Arrêt de la climatisation au milieu de la nuit, quand il fait 35 degré, c'est dur.. Doublement dommage...Sinon, accueil sympa.

Betjeningen snakket bare Italiensk. Var irritert og sur. Rundstykker som ble servert til frokost var tørre og måtte være flere dager gamle! Lyspære var gått på badet, de ville ikke bytte pære. - kunne bruke et annet lys der..
