It was fine

It was fine, we didn't spend much time there. It was a quick stop on our way to Arlington Washington.

Decent motel right on hwy

Posted Jun 13, 2015
Pros: Convenient. Right off hwy. Easy to locate. Plenty of parking. Check-in staff friendly, quick and efficient. New bed linens and towels. Clean but old.
Cons: New carpet throughout and get rid of lingering cigarette odor everywhere. Better A/C in hallways. Change out other old furniture doors, etc.
Location: Everything in the Tri-Cities is close by. Very easy - right off freeway. Restaurants close by. Store across street at gas station.
The hotel's location was really easy for my trip. It appears newer on the exterior than it is on the inside. The check-staff person was efficient, friendly and informed. The interior seems sort of halfway upgraded. New lobby furniture, old floors. Really old hallway carpet that is retaining smells of cigarettes. Hallways and lobby not very well air-conditioned. Pool area sort of drab and old looking. Got two room cards only one worked, but all I needed was one. Noted another person got two room keys that didn't work and he had to go back to front desk - again with all of his bags. Room sort of half updated too. New fluffy towels and bedding. New bed and bedroom furniture. New counter. Old doors. Old yucky overstuffed chair. TV remote not easy to operate, but tons of channels. Carpet in room old, really old. New fridge and microwave. Bathroom older, but clean and very strange layout. Hard to close the door. Okay for a night. I thought it was overpriced. For the $$ would have preferred a Red Lion or Comfort Inn.

reflected what I paid.

Posted Jun 7, 2015
Pros: location.
Cons: It is what it is.
Location: close to hwy 395 and a starbucks.
I needed a room in short notice and this hotel was available for slightly less than a few others. It is looking a bit worn but had breakfast included which was up to par. I got what I paid for.

This was a fine hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'd stay there again, and I highly recommend it.

Not fancy but comfortable

Posted Mar 27, 2015 on Hotels
Spent 1 night with my wife and baby. Room was good, bed was comfortable having a fridge and microwave was nice. Not fancy but good people. Only complaint was the crib we requested turned our to be a playpen.

Pool Closed

Posted Mar 20, 2015 on Hotels
I booked this hotel for daughter/son in law. The indoor pool was a factor in my decision, pool pump was broken all 3 days. The front desk staff was great, room was clean & comfortable. next time I will ask if the pool is open.
