“Great place to stay for the money”
I was very pleased with my stay, other than some less than quiet neighbors a few door down. On Saturday. And when I first got there and asked for directions I was handed a map. In the morning on Sunday I asked the two young ladies if they could help me find the club I was to attend. She looked it up for me on the computer and copied them off for me. Over all my stay was great! I would go back and and stay at this hotel and in the future stay at another Econo Lodge will traveling for pleasure or business.
“Looks are deceiving”
The outside of this hotel is scary! It looks dirty and worn out. However, I stayed in the room directly above the office and found it fairly newly renovated, very clean, very comfortable. It is a very large room with a fridge and microwave and small table for eating. Breakfast is nothing special: juice, coffee, bagels. Also, traffic noise is bothersome but less so when the room fan is left on. There is no blow-dryer in the room but one can be borrowed from the office. I would recommend this hotel.
“Always use when I am in the area.”
I have stayed here a number of times while on business trips. The staff are always very accomodating. Part of the reason I return, as well as having a continental breakfast included in an affordable price range as an added bonus. General features compared to other hotels are about average.
“One of the only places in Kennewick!”
This hotel was no frills, but clean and safe. Free breakfast, although I don't know how it was. Good value for the money.
“Disappointed”
My 3 year old daughter was trying to take a nap and the maintanence guy was doing work during that time. He was banging on pipes so loud that we could hear the guests next to us yelling at the guy to stop because it was so incredibly loud! The rooms with only the double beds were facing the highway, so we heard the traffic the whole night, but you could easily turn on the heater to drown out the noise... that is how loud the heater units were! But the price was good and I guess we got what we paid for!
“Don't stop bad place”
The outside had trash all over that had been there for a long time, The room had holes in the walls the paint was pealing off the wall, the floor was uneven and made all kinds of noise was very dirty and the room had a funny odor (not clean) I would have gone someplace else but had driven 700 miles and it was late. I complained and was given another room it was better but not by much. I will not book on line again.
“Bad choice”
The people were not at all helpful. The room was marginal and the bed was aweful. We didn't even bother with the breakfast and left early.
“Never Again!!”
I wish I would have read the reviews, but booked this hotel on the phone 1 hour before arrival. Walls were filthy, pool was covered with tarp and cinder blocks. Aweful smell. I wouldn't let my kids eat the breakfast because room was so gross. It was late at night so no chance of going to another place, besides all were booked. I see why this one had vacancy.
“Would never stay there again”
The room had bags left from the previous traveler. The maid just walked in on us in the middle of the day. The pool was broken and it was 100 degrees that day. We arrived around 3 pm and had to wait another 45 minutes for them to get us a cleaned room.
