Great overnight stay on the Columbia RiverPosted Jan 2, 2015
Cons: Ability to access internet.
Location: River view is beautiful.
Great room for our New Year's stay. Clean, updated decor, riverfront. Has a bar from 5-10 in lobby. Nice restaurant nearby. The only problem was not being able to access internet with password. Was told to contact a third party tech site for help. That was busy and we ended up not having internet access. There was a pay for breakfast available but we did not eat there.

Very nice setting, very nicely decorated room.Posted Dec 1, 2014
Pros: River view, proximity to the highway.
Cons: Staff should have been better versed to how to handle the situation where the room was not serviced, and all of the service staff has gone home.
Location: Wineries and restaurants.
Room service didn't show. I was disappointed in the response to bringing towels, coffee, etc.

Lovely HotelPosted Nov 29, 2014
Due to bad weather we didn't arrive until 1:30 AM. A lady was waiting for us at the desk and checked us in quickly. We had a nice view of the river from our room which had a comfortable bed.

Great customer service!Posted Oct 28, 2014
Stayed here the night before my wedding with all the girls of my wedding party and had requested through EXperia to have adjoining rooms due to preparations for wedding next day. Upon arrival this request had not reached them from Expedia and no rooms were available for this request. Paula, the night clerk helped locate an adjoining s et of accessible rooms and was able to give us a better rate as well. She was wonderful and we stsyed there the next night for our honeymoon and it was great!! Thanks again Paula. You were a lifesaver for me!

A Very Polished Experience… no free breakfastPosted Oct 20, 2014
Really, the only downside here was the lack of a continental breakfast. They do offer a breakfast buffet for around $6 per person, but it's nothing better than the continentals seemingly available everywhere. Otherwise, the room was beautiful, spacious and reasonably priced, though more expensive than others in the area. Nice location along the Columbia river.

Nice Hotel on the RiverPosted Oct 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
Quiet hotel, for the most part. The doors are like most other hotels - unless you pull them closed carefully, they slam & bang closed. Not really the best thing when you're trying to sleep at 11pm. Other than that, the hotel was very nice, away from a major road and right on the Columbia River. If you can, book a room overlooking the river. Just remember to keep the screen door closed, otherwise your room will be invaded by gnats!
