Ran out of hot water when showering Sat-Sun morning. The Starbucks in the lobby was no bueno. The team’s politeness was fantastic. Kudos to the management and staff. Please don’t post for public view.

It’s ridiculous when you pay this much for a room and the charge for breakfast. But if you some where less expensive you get a great free breakfast.

Comfortable, Clean, and Quiet
We had a nice room overlooking the water. It was great. The only problem was the fridge was so cold it froze the cans of water we put in it.

They don't clean your room unless you stay 3 or more days we were told. SAD, we had to call for more coffee, cups, towels. River decks on the Queen Rooms are about 8 inchs. Not what I would call a deck.............. Will stay at The Lodge next time.......................

Water view with space for work
The location is great but can be a bit noisy: boat basin, bars on either side and a highway not too far way can contribute to a lively atmosphere but is also affords the ability to walk to one of three restaurants, sit outside on the water with a drink and enjoy a good breakfast without getting back in the car. The rooms are all equipped with screens that make working and viewing media comfortable. The office set up in most is also a welcome feature.

Thank you for your review. We do have our bistro that is open from 6a-10a M-F and 7a-11a Sat and Sun that serves a wide variety of breakfast items. Since it is a bistro, breakfast is not included in the room rates. I hope this helps.

Hot and cold
The heat didn’t work in the room the first night. It was under the 60° line on the thermostat. Freezing and uncomfortable. They did fix it after letting them know, but they set it to 74° and we couldn’t change it. Just not a very comfortable stay unfortunately. The bed was great though!

A reliable and clean choice
The hotel is clean, newly refurbished and has close proximity to the water, docks, and restaurants. The better choice of the two Marriott properties on the street. The internet connection was slow and expensive-my own mobile hot spot was faster and more reliable. Plenty of space to work in the room with a direct Ethernet connection for computers. The restaurant on site served delicious breakfast items and cocktails in the evening. The lobby is comfortable and well appointed so meeting other guests or friends there is enjoyable.

I’ve stayed at different Courtyards in the past and always been pleased. Not the case this time and this room was very overpriced for the condition and the property was nearly empty. First we picked that hotel over another in the area because it had a bar, however the bar was closed the whole weekend. Then the room is run down, wallpaper peeling everywhere, wood throughout the room damaged, sliding door not working properly & the couch & desk chair were extremely worn and uncomfortable. Next morning no complimentary coffee in the lobby. Extremely disappointing

Hot tub out of order.
The hotel was nice and the restaurant good. We booked here fire the indoor pool and hot tub. We were very disappointed that the hot tub was out of order. Other than that the hotel was good.

On the web site it said there was breakfast included & hot tub. We also wanted a view side room. There was no breakfast included with the stay. The hot tub was drained of all of the water & the swimming pool was cold. There was a huge tree blocking our view of the beautiful water.

Good afternoon, I am sorry you did not have a good stay while you were here in Richland. I have reviewed the website via Expedia and it does not say breakfast is included. I am sorry if it was misread. If you go under the property amenities it will show that breakfast is for a fee as well as us only having an indoor pool and not a hot tub. I am sorry for the inconvenience this caused during your stay with us.
