Super great staff

Location: Walking distance to the mall, movies, and restaurants
Can't say enough good about the helpfulness and kindness of the staff! They were so friendly that even my children noticed. Way above any expectation!! Also, I loved that the hot tub didn't have any of that yucky foam stuff floating in it! It was very clean. And the swimming pool was actually warm (which my kids were happy about!)

Didn't get what I thought I was getting

Here is what hotels.com said I was getting.... Two Queen Beds This room overlooks the river. To accommodate the family, a sofa bed is included, while a crib/infant bed is available on request. You will have a shower/tub combination, as well as complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer. Complimentary wireless Internet access keeps you connected, and premium TV channels are offered for your entertainment. Enjoy welcome amenities. A coffee/tea maker, a microwave, and a refrigerator are provided. Conveniences include climate control, a desk, and complimentary weekday newspapers. This room is Non-Smoking. The room didn't overlook the river and there was no sofa. All that aside, I paid more than I normally would because the rating was a 4.9 and it was very close to where I needed to be in the morning. I think the ratings were done by employees or something. It was an ok place, but I've paid less in kennewick before and had just as good a place, if not better. The only thing that stood out as being better was the elliptical machine in the fitness room. Highly disappointed that I paid more for this hotel.
