Close to Toyota CenterPosted Feb 18, 2015
Pros: Comfortable bed, clean, close to Toyota Center and Columbia Center Mall. Overall, a nice place.
Cons: Breakfast is not included; you have to pay. Better to go to nearby IHOPs or Denny's. $12.95 seems rather high for what you get.
Location: Toyota Center activities, shopping at Columbia Center Mall, restaurants, movie theatres.
A rather large group (25-30) of us from NE Oregon attend an American's hockey game in the Tri-Cities every February...kind of a tradition now. My husband and I usually come for the weekend and stay two nights. We enjoy the Hilton Garden Inn due to it's close proximity to the Toyota Center, restaurants, and Columbia Center Mall. It's always clean and comfortable and the staff have been exceptionally friendly and efficient. As long as their rates are lower than the Cedars up the street, we will continue to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn when in Kennewick, WA.

Best in KennewickPosted Dec 24, 2014
Pros: I like the location and amenities.
Location: The hotel is conveniently located just off the main boulevard so it's quiet but still close to shopping and restaurants.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful at check in and throughout our stay. The room was very nice and comfortable and if there was a fault, it's that the beds advertised as queen size are not but rather full size.

Awful experience.Posted Nov 9, 2014
Our room smelled like body order. We were moved to another room but it also smelled like body order. Reception really did not have an answer. We would have gone somewhere else but I know everywhere was booked. We have stayed at Hilton's before and have not had a problem. We will not stay here again.

Nice hotel close to Toyota CenterPosted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and it was very quiet!
Cons: Hotel had a nice breakfast available but you had to pay for it. For what we paid for the room, I felt the breakfast should have been included.
Location: Located close to the Toyota Center and the Columbia Center mall. Great shopping and restaurants all within a mile of the hotel.
This is a nice hotel within walking distance of the Toyota Center. Lots of great shopping and restaurants within a one mile radius. Shopping mall is just a few blocks down the road.
