Clean, comfortable room, great hot breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Only negative was freezing cold pool and poor quality jets in hot tub, but the hot tub temp was great.

Newer facility with friendly staff. The breakfast was fine and the cleanliness of the entire facility was excellent.

Breakfast was great. Very comfortable beds, beautiful television pictures good quality soap in the bathroom. Only complaint was too many teenagers from a group staying were hogging up the hot tub for hours. You need to set a limit on time in the hot tub and enforce it. Maybe set up a separate dining area for large groups because they took up all the tables during breakfast.

An excellent value for what you get.
The hotel is newer with all the essential amenities including an indoor pool. The breakfast was excellent including a push-button pancake machine for easy make pancakes and the hotel service is Excellent even with unfavorable weather even during a snow storm. The hotel is close to airport and several restaurants. It has all you need to enjoy a stay.

Overall comfortable and clean
We booked a night hoping to enjoy the pool and hot tub but found out the hot tub heater was broken upon arrival. We found the pool area to be pretty chilly and didn’t last in the pool long at all. Some of the pool ladder steps were loose and the handle to our bathroom door “stuck” and was finicky. I mentioned all of these during checkout. Overall the room was comfortable, breakfast had a nice spread, and the hotel felt clean.

Clean place to stay. Friendly staff. Our biggest let down was the indoor pool. It was freezing cold, I wish it would have said non heated. The pool was the biggest reason we booked this motel .

We love this hotel it’s our go to place to stay when visiting family. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We stay here at least three times a year. I highly recommend it for anyone! Also the breakfast has a lot different options even for the pickiest eaters.

Our 4th floor room was inhabited by Japanese beetles and roaches when we arrived. She did move us to another room on request but told me they had been having bug problems the last “couple of weeks”. Apparently they still are. We would have demanded a different hotel but we were too exhausted. The 2nd room was better. We never did get enough towels for all 4 of us. We will never stay there again. Definitely not up to the brand stamdard.

When making reservations, the gentleman helping us book the reservation wanted to charge almost 800.00 to stay 2 nights. Thank goodness for Expedia, saved over half. There was a bug crawling on us the first night and it was extremely noisy. Overall a terrible experience at one of our favorite hotels👎

We had a leaky toilet, and had to move to another room, the second room had a leaky sink, add mold in the bathroom tub area. Also, the curtain rod was rusty, and the curtain was dirty. The staff was friendly and courteous, the breakfast had a good selection, and the breakfast area was clean.

Only stayed one night, but was quiet, clean, and a nice, free breakfast! The staff was very friendly. Beds were very comfortable. I gave it a good on cleanliness because the room could have been vacuumed better.

The 2-room suite was nice clean and not too mess up. The bathroom tub and shower area were in need of repair. The lack of a place to put the bath towel while showering was a pain. The clerk on duty when I checked out had a bit of an attitude.
