The hotel was spotless and quiet.

Posted Jun 28, 2014
Pros: I liked how clean and quiet it was.
Cons: NA
Location: The location was right off of 395. It was easy to find and easy to get back on the road the next day.
The check in was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was very tired from driving so far, and it was good to check in and just relax.

Single positive .....close to interstate

The room heater/AC unit went from cool mode to heat mode, back and forth, continually. Just not acceptable.m

Nice hotel and convenient

Posted Jun 20, 2014
The staff that was there when we checked in was not helpful at all. We had booked a room for 5 people and he didn't want to accommodate us saying that it was Expedia's fault. He finally changed our rooms but then said that he would charge us for our roll-away beds. He also just left the beds in the hall and we had to take them up to our room ourselves. The room and the hotel was very nice. It was just this one staff that was difficult. He seemed to blame us for booking our stay on Expedia rather than with the hotel directly. The gal that helped us in the morning when we checked out was fabulous. She took off the charges for the roll-away bed and was very apologetic for any difficulty we had.

Great hotel on the edge of town

Posted Jun 17, 2014
Pros: We came to town for a baseball tournament with games early in the morning. the staff opened breakfast 1 hour early to ensure they were able to eat.
Cons: Conditioner for hair would be great. Shampoo was not the best brand. Took a lot to get it to lather. May want to look at a different brand.
Location: This hotel was on the edge of town but close to restraunts and stores. Nice area
Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff and very accomidating. The room was large with newer TVs.

Dog people never have to worry

I love La Quintas because I often travel with my dogs. This location was no exception: great grounds, clean hotel, accessible potty space. The man who checked me in was a tiny bit dismissive but overall friendly staff.

Much better stay

The hot water was much hotter than last visit. Could turn cold on to cool.Down side was the change in TV stations. Less and poor choices. Would like to get temp down in room at night to less than 65. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices. Staff were very pleasant. Shame sauna was not working.

Mini Vacation

Posted Mar 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
Brought my kids age 3 & 5 with my grand kids age 6 & 4 for a mini vacation. I booked 2 rooms. I ranked the comfort of the rooms as a 3, due to my room being great, but my daughter & grand kids room was very cold. We could not get the unit to change. My daughter went to the desk to ask for it to be fixed and the desk agent was on the phone, what seemed to sound like a personal call and didn't acknowledge her. She left with out speaking to anyone and called in later to ask for someone to fix it while she was at dinner. I do not believe it was ever fixed. Continental breakfast was generic, but was well stocked. Kids loved the pool! Second morning we almost missed breakfast as it was being removed, however the woman who was clearing everything was extremely helpful in making sure the kids had food to eat. I would stay again and recommend to friends and family.
