Very happy with my stay

Posted Jul 20, 2014
Pros: Staff was awesome. Bed was one of the more comfortable I have stayed in. Breakfast was great. Truly a great stay.
Cons: Honestly, nothing off the top of my head.
Location: Mall across the street. Lots of food very close by.
Was pleasantly surprised with my stay. Expected it to be a run of the mill hotel, by far my best stay in the Tri Cities. Thank you very much.

Front desk Scott rocked

Posted Apr 28, 2014
Cons: Update
Scott was very accommodating to our needs, we arrived in the evening for our two night stay. There was some confusion but Scott did a great job of dealing with the situation.. When we got to our room the TV did not work. He moved us from our room to a suite with a TV that worked. The hotel itself needs some work it is dated. The temperature could not be regulated in the room. The bathroom fan/light is extremely loud. When breakfast is served for a set number of hours daily. There should be adequate food to accommodate all especially when there is hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy etc. . . only available for the first couple of hours and then none. This happened both days. The clean up should start after the closing of the breakfast not while a person is eating.

The hotel was very accomodating. We had a young puppy with us so they made sure to get us a room that was close to exits for our ease.

Mean hotel clerk

Posted Feb 2, 2014
This hotel clerk was rude to me my father my mother and my boyfriend. The hotel was great but his whole attitude to my parents was absolutly terrible. We tried to just have a good weekend and he made my whole weekend terrible. My parents were so mad at him and me. He made my whole weekend terrible. The hotel was great but how I was treated made the whole hotel stay miserable.

Not a pleasant stay

Posted Jan 11, 2014
When we arrived we were notified that all the amenities were not open due to Matainance. They said they were also having issues with some doors and that we should park in the back. The next day they were in a hurry to get us out. They knocked on the door for House keeping 3 times before the check out time therefore we were not able to sleep in. The front desk also called reminding us of the checkout time way before it was time. Did not feel welcome or appreciated.
