“Great value”

Staff friendly and helpful - real southern hospitality. Room as well as all common areas exceptionally clean. Better than the usual motel breakfast. I will definitely stay at this motel again.

I enjoyed myself. everything was ready to go when I got there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was in excellent shape as was the entire hotel. It was very clean and well kept.

Great care is taken to keep this hotel clean. The staff was extremely hospitable. They helped me with directions and recommending great places to eat from moderate to expensive prices. The room was clean and quiet. If you are going to Johnson City, I recommend this hotel.

Hotel was everything that I expected. It was #1 No smoking room and clean. Management was very accomadating I would return on our next visit.

“Great place to stay”

We had a room with 2 queen beds for 3 adults. We were very comfortable in this room. (We stayed here for 4 nights.) There were 2 sinks in the bathroom and the sinks were separate from the toilet and shower. The breakfast was nothing fancy but offered hot options of waffles and / or biscuits and gravy. The staff was very nice. One maid was very helpful with suggestions on how to spend our free time. Good location just off the interstate. Did have access to a health club, but it was not convenient to the Ramada. Not a good area to exercise (walk or run). But we would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants. Staff is accommodating. Have stayed there on two separate occasions.

“Great Experience”

Because I was planning a trip far away from my home base, I wanted to make arrangements for hotel accommodations before I began the trip. Rain was forecast, and I did not want the anxiety of looking for a hotel in an unfamiliar town in a downpour after an eight-hour road trip. Because of the Expedia experience, I was able to find a great hotel at a great price in a wonderful location that fit perfectly into my trip plans and to arrange this in advance. The whole experience was stress-free and affordable. Thanks Expedia!

“Nice value for the money”

Nice stay. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Although it did provide a mini-fridge, would have been nice to have had a microwave too. Stay had to be extended by one day after we had already checked out because the car wouldn't start. Front desk was extremely helpful, let us hole up (terrible weather) in our room even after checkout while the car was being worked on, then went out of their way to help us get the best rate once it was determined we would need to stay over one more night. Would definitely use again.

“Wrong Wake-Up Time, But Would Stay Again”

The hotel was clean, and check-in was easy. The room was very spacious and simple -- very sufficient for a low maintenance business traveler staying 1 or 2 nights. Free Wi-Fi. The check-in personnel was fine - however, they woke me up an hour earlier than requested (at 5am). So, this was an annoyance - but probably an isolated incident. Breakfast was decent - a waffle station, mini-cinnamon swirls, cereal, juices, bananas, mini-muffins -- again, it was sufficient. Fine for 1 or 2 mornings, but I wouldnt want to make it a routine. The location is a short driving distance to a lot of popular chain restaurants, and a Target. I will stay here again, when I'm in Johnson City.
