“not impressed”
the room was nice except the bathroom mirror was dirty, there was popcorn kernals on the floor and in the chair, there were ants crawling all over the bathroom floor and in the shower, and there was no do not disturb door hanger for us to put out. We asked for a paper to be delivered sunday morning, and they did not do that. when i called the desk i was told they were by themselves and could not bring a paper to us.
“EXCELLENT”
I READ BEFOR GOING TO RED LION SOME LESS THAN COMPLINENTARY REVIEWS............THINGS HAVE CHANGED........HOTEL CLEAN........BED VERY COMFY W/O A CRINKLY MATTRESS COVER.........FOOD VERY GOOD.............I EVEN GOT A FREE RIDE TO MY MORNING APPOINTMENT...........I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL HIGHLY...........
“Pasco Red Lion....great value”
We visited during November so the pool was not open because it is outdoors. But, the exercise room was clean and nice. It was small but had all the basics we needed. Staff was very friendly and we had our dog along. They were respectful of the dogs also. We asked for extra towels and got a full room cleaning......the maid struggled with English and she may not have understood.
“mixed review.”
Nice roomy room. however, less than happy with their internet service. slow internet service.
“NEEDS QUALITY INSPECTION”
THE BEST PART OF MY STAY WOULD BE THE "OK" $8 BREAKFAST. IN MY HOTEL ROOM I WAS IN SHOCK AT THE TERRIBLE BATHROOM. IT WAS OBVIOUS THE TOILET WAS REPACED WITH ONE THAT DOES NOT FIT. THE DOOR CAN ONLY CLOSE BECAUSE THEY CUT A PIECE OUT OF THE DOOR TO MAKE IT PAST THE TOILET. UNBELIEVABLE. NEVER AGAIN. I REALLY CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THIS HOTEL ROOM COST ANYTHING WITH THE CURRENT QUALITY OF IT. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR ROOMS OR YOU WILL LOOSE MANY CUSTOMERS.
“Losing a step”
We've stayed at the Red Lion in Pasco many times. It's an older hotel so we expect it to be a little on the tired side. However, this time cleanliness was also not up to their normal standards. We were also disappointed that all of the on-site dining options were closed on Sunday evening.
“Left over food, next room dirty used soap in Bathtub! Don't stay here! Smoker smell in halls.”
I stayed at the Red Lion for a business trip. I checked into the hotel at around 2 am. The first room I was assigned was in the back of the hotel as I worked my way down the hallway I could smell stale smell of old smoke. I could not stop sneezing it was so old. I get to my room and it looked like a nice room- new furniture, bathroom counter tops. Then I looked at the chair- someone's loose M&M candy's laying on it. Went to use a kleenex (sneezing yet) they are soaked in something- dripping wet. Look at the shower wall and the sheetrock is seperating from the wall and turning black from mold. So I call and they switch my room to an "upgrade"! The upgrade now has queen beds vs. a king. The bathtub floor is black from filth and has a thin bar of soap sitting in the tub yet from the last guest. I need something to drink. Walk out in the hall to get a pop from the pop machine- push Sprite, get Coke Zero. This night is not going well let me try again- nope still Coke Zero. Despite the comforter having obvious stains I decide to throw it in the chair and sleep there anyhow. Around 7am I call to get bathroom cleaned. Around 2pm return to find my bed made and bathroom still dirty. Call- Supervisor will be right up. Hour later no supervisor. Call 45 minutes later they show up and rinse tub with water. I could have done that. Oh and the drain does not drain at all! Closet door broken and was not able to use that either! Some upgrade!
“can't wait to go back”
Was plesantly surprised by my recent trip to RLH Pasco. We were very happy to be upgraded to a family suite at no extra cost. Amazing deal combined with expedia's discount!! The pool was perfecly refreshing for my family! Wished the breakfast was served later....9:00 is too early to wake while on vacation!! Will def be back next time we visit Triçities!!
“Worthy of a Return Visit”
Having spent one night at the Pasco Red Lion, we have agreed that we would stay there again if we make a return trip to Pasco. The room and the beds were very comfortable and it was very close to the community college, which was the reason for our visit to Pasco. The one downside was that the restaurant didn't serve dinner the night we arrived, much to our surprise, so we needed to go off-premise that evening. The person who checked us in was not helpful - didn't offer any help or suggestions as to somewhere to eat. We used the phone book in the room to do so. Next time we'll plan ahead for dinner.
“Yikes”
Not very well maintained... dark and outdated. Close to airport but could have driven a few miles further for pretty view and newer hotel.
